I just left this store. I ordered a 24 piece nugget and when I opened the box, there were cut up pieces of chicken strips mixed in with the old, cold nuggets. It went straight into the trash. I am beyond mad. I do not like their chicken strips. THEY DO NOT TASTE THE SAME AS THE NUGGETS. IT WAS DISGUSTING!

I have eaten here a couple of times and knew they were over priced, but when she forgot my ice water at the window, and I reminded her about it, she wanted to charge me for water….what a crock. Already spent a fortune on a 12 piece wing. Won’t ever go back to this over priced restaurant.

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I know first hand that days can be long and sometimes the customers get annoying when you’ve been working all day but never in my life would I give someone the amount of attitude that I have received today. I came to Popeyes after not having eaten there since last year. It was quite hot in there. For the first time, the food was not fresh at all. It didn’t smell good right off the bat, but I decided to try them. The nuggets had a rubbery taste to them like they had been sitting out for a long time. I bit into one, chewed a little and immediately spit it back out. It smelled and tasted off. Felt like throwing up, and my stomach has been very upset.

This location is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Which sucks because I love Popeye’s chicken. The employees are so rude. Don’t even bother trying to order if it is an hour or less before closing because they will be out of everything and refuse to cook anything. And heaven forbid you use a coupon here! They act like you are the scul of the earth. Got my family several meals with chicken tenders, and they were AWFUL! Couldn’t even eat mine. Won’t be back here again. I guess if I’m in the mood for Popeye’s chicken, I’ll just hold out for when I go out of town. So sad.

Everytime I order from here they never give utensils, honey and they just throw the food in the box as if they are feeding animals. Then they say if you not satisfied then why do you keep ordering? This is my money and if I want Popeyes I’m gonna order it. They have no morals or integrity in serving their customers and that’s sad. This company is nothing like it used to be. I called to ask for honey and utensils six times and no one answered and the voicemail box is full. If I receive my order today and it’s jus thrown together I will be reporting this restaurant to the BBB. Get it together.

I won’t be back here. They serve rotten chicken wings!! My dog wouldn’t even eat it! I tried giving her a piece, then I was going to eat one and they were rotten! Shame on you Popeyes!!! Either shut this place down or change the management. This terrible service has gone on way too long!!
