Location is at Maxwell AFB-Stopped for a late lunch- only had chicken tenders and sides available. Food was not good. Chicken tenders looked undercooked?? (please don’t risk getting food poisoning). Worker didn’t care. Food was $10.69/person. Such a rip-off for undercooked food and awful service. I would LOVE a refund. Never going back to this location.

Terrible place! Stopped for lunch…worst customer service I have ever had. The cash attendant clearly did not want to be working and acted as if all the customers were bothering him. Food was precooked and cold. The chicken had a gray rubbery fake look and texture. All baskets ordered were slopped together. The restaurant was also out of some of the sides. The surrounding area was dirty. Avoid this “restaurant” !

PUNY pieces of chicken with slow service and sneaky upsell practices. I ordered combo not platter for a reason. I don’t feel like paying for a larger cup to throw away. As refills are free I don’t want to be sold a medium drink when combo comes with small. I won’t be back.
