Kinetic Mitosis
They messed up our order twice, the lady in the window had a huge attitude. We had ordered a 1/2 gallon of sweet tea (which is on the screen in the drive through btw) and they told us that they don’t do 1/2 gallons. We also ordered large Mac n cheeses with our meals and they didn’t give us the large with one of our orders. Then when we ordered a strawberry lemonade in place of the 1/2 gallon they charged us $3.80 for it even though it comes with the meal. Terrible service.

Waited entirely too long on our dine in order. Food was not very good. Yea I know it’s a fast food restaurant but ours was not good. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, I don’t know. Be surprised if this location stays opened. Staff could benefit by going to work for a cpl weeks at that well ran chicken sandwich establishment, .

My chicken tenders were tough kinda dried up, mac and cheese was ok. That 3 piece tender combo definitely wasn’t worth $11.98. Worker stood there talking to the other workers about the club and fighting for about 2 minutes before handing me my food out the window. Will not be returning to this location….

If I could give zero stars, I would. The girl at the window was great, the girl in the kitchen has the worst attitude there is and I wasn’t even talking to her. I was asking did they still have the blackened tenders and the girl in the kitchen throwing her head around, rolling her eyes , and threw the rest of my food back in the container. I still wanted what I order just to add the blackened tenders. I waited that was no problem. I got the food, some food was missing and half was cold . so I had to go all the way back up there. Never will I come to this location again I’ll drive all the way across town to the south side for better service .

Went thru the drive thru and spent 20 minutes waiting to get to the window behind one single car. Placing the order was just sad. My husband had to repeat 3x that I wanted fries and a strawberry lemonade with the box. The woman placing the order acted so out of it. Then at the window, we had to repeat what the drinks were yet again. We were also told they ran out of the shrimp for the Tackle Box before the promotion was over (but is still being advertised on the menu) so I ordered the popcorn shrimp instead—which came with half a handful of shrimp. We also ordered a biscuit on the side that we paid for and did not receive, but at that point it wasn’t even worth sitting through the drive thru for another 20 minutes. All this plus the prices going up and food portions going down, we’re just disappointed.

I pulled up at the drive thru and was immediately told to come inside to place my order. I went inside only to find out that they did not have any chicken cooked. Several customers stated that they had been waiting for 20 minutes or longer. When I heard this, I turned around and walked out in disbelief.

Placed an online order. We sat waiting for them to prepare it from 7:36 to 8:15 before my husband went inside to check on the progress. There were 3 other cars pulled up behind us… we were told we were waiting on fries. Well when we got the fries, they were room temperature. On top of that, food and all of my drinks were missing. After going back, they said “oh, you’re just waiting on your drinks and a sandwich?”… no, I’m coming back to get it at this point. Finally left there at 8:20! Almost an hour later!
