I placed an order at the drive thru menu. When I got to the window the girl said to park in the parking lot that it would be just a few mins. After waiting for 15 mins the girl took several orders out. She looked at me and said it was coming. After another 8 minutes of waiting I called. No answer. I went back to the menu and asked about my order. The girl told me very rudely to come to the window. Then she proceeded to sling my $23.00 order at me. I asked for a refund and was informed I’d have to wait for the manager. Then she shut the window and walked away. Manager didn’t come. I called again and the manager was rude and would not let me say anything. This will be the last time I go to this location. They act like they are on drugs! And it’s unsanitary. Touching money then touching food with out washing hands or wearing gloves.

There is no air conditioning in this location. It’s so incredibly hot in there. Please do better and fix the air conditioner. It is completely unacceptable to have your employees working in that environment

This location needs train their employees on customer service! The young lady Miss understood what was said in the drive through when she gave me my order it was wrong! and she proceeded to tell me well I thought you said you wanted this! as to say “well I’m not fixing the order your way I’m giving you what I thought you said” and on top of that forgets to give me my drink! With that being said they need to up their training! If I order a number 4 that’s what I expect to get!!! Not what you thought I said!!!! And she did it with a horrible attitude rolled her eyes and all!

This place is so ghetto. The employees were making out in the kitchen. Prices is beyond high and the food you get not worth it. The employees are all kids look like under 19. Oh yeah they didn’t have any spicy chicken or chicken sandwiches. And no utensils to eat with or sauces.

App is always down wand that’s the only way to get reasonable priced food, service is always slow, and something is always out of stock. Do not go here if you have a time limit. Ordered food at 1:44 on the app and received food at 2:01 and I was the only customer. It’s ridiculous that I work across the street and still end up coming back late from lunch.

Popeyes needs more employees or a new training program. The food is great when made fresh. The staff is extremely slow. The doors are locked all the time, forcing only drive-through access. If you order online, you are supposed to stand under the orange sign. This is pointless if they only have one register open. You will be standing there being ignored. This is about every Popeyes in Mobile County. Do better, Mobile !!

The food was ok. However this is the first time I ever went to a Popeyes on a Thursday evening at 7:15 and they ran out of chicken (spicy and mild). I had to wait for them to cook more. Usually, fast food restaurants cook more when they notice they are running out or low on quantity, so there is no delay to the customers. I was extremely surprised this happened during the week, when they weren’t busy.
