It’s 8pm and me and my mother went in the drive through and it was only one person ahead of us. My mother already knew what she wanted which is a number one classic chicken sandwich no combo. Young girl gets on the intercom and ask what do we want and I told her Classic Chicken sandwich only. She asks do you want a combo? I tell her no she only wants a classic chicken sandwich. She goes do you want it spicy? Again no she only wants the classic chicken sandwich. Now the female gets an attitude over the spicy/classic sandwich, she’s adamant that I didn’t say which chicken sandwich when I clearly reads it on the menu which says NUMBER ONE: CLASSIC CHICKEN SANDWICH. At this point her and another female worker I assume is shouting at me and my mother over what I supposedly have said. We tell her do not worry about it because they are not being professional and it sounds like they are playing. They cussed us out which in return I said a few words myself and pulled off. I looked for a number to call for management but only found the location phone number which I called but they was still laughing and playing over the line. People like this should not be in customer service. They are a disgrace to the restaurant and should be removed. I doubt if that’ll happen but hopefully this review gets out and gets people attention.

Worst fast food experience ever. I have seen other reviews of this location that are the exact same as mine. I placed a mobile order an hour before they closed and pulled through the drive thru to pick it up. The lady told me to pull around to the other side of the building for them to get it ready. 40 minutes later and I still have no food while they are continuing to serve customers in the drive thru. They closed and a lady walked out to tell me and said she knew nothing about my order. I pulled back up to the window only to have the manager stare at me for a good 20 seconds before even coming to the window. She then rudely asks me what I want and I explain the situation. She told the other employees to look at my face and that they didn’t have anything for me. I asked for a refund and she said to do it through the app. I am doubtful I will get it but we will have to see.

The employee was fighting with costumers. And several people had their orders wrong bringing them back. They weren’t having a good day for sure. I said; God bless you all and left. The food was great however.

Love that chicken from Popeyes. All is good. Food was spot on for a change and after telling customers to do the surveys on the back, I got my order quick. But the people working had really poor customer service skills. Telling customers “I don’t care about a survey, and we told you it was cooking”. Some had waited over 30 minutes, drive thru and inside.
