They gave me the wrong sides. I called and spoke with Kimberly. I confirmed I don’t live in the area and was just passing through. Kimberly stated I needed to bring the meal and the sides back for them to replace it. I’m supposed to save the food for weeks until I’m back in the territory. This is unprofessional and doesn’t provide excellent customer service! If the Owner’s /General Manager allowing this, their business needs to be closed down!!! The only advice I can give is to check your meal before leaving the window. If not, they aren’t concerned about inconveniencing people!!!! Don’t go here!

We went through and got a classic chicken sandwich and then a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The combo comes with a Diet Coke. We ordered another diet. As you see on the bottom of our receipt. The Diet Coke is 2.59. They did not want to give us our second Diet Coke. They kept saying and arguing with us that the combo was the only one that came with a drink. But as you can see the little * is with the combo. And the second Diet Coke is the 2.59. Anyways we didn’t get our second Diet Coke, payed for it, never got it.

I came into the store to order a combo sandwich order but the cashier said I cannot make this order for you and she refused to when I asked why she said they have made a lot of this order today so they stopped which to me didn’t make any sense. I wanted to share this experience with everyone also I will contact the district office or whoever is in charge above them to talk to.

Mind Over Matter Relaxation
This Popeyes is absolutely terrible. The workers blamed me for them not ringing up my order correctly as if I’m familiar with their coupon process. It’s always an issue 9/10 at this Popeyes. And don’t let me get started on the manager she is not very accommodating when it comes to complaints. It’s always “the system won’t let me change it” but the food was already made. If you are the “Manager” you can override anything. It’s not that serious, I wish this workers would stop acting like the chicken comes out of their checks and actually satisfy their customers.

Ordered online and made a payment. Thought it was going to be a quick pick up but the inside was closed. So there was a line wrapped around a building. Couldn’t cancel my order because Popeyes doesn’t allow that. Tried calling both corporate and the branch but both lines had busy tone. There was no sense of urgency.

Pretty sure the only reason they stay in business is because the chicken is good . Waked into dining area at 815 and was basically yelled at that they were closed , ” we trying get up out of here you gonna have to go thru the drive thru ” I said ok but just so you know it says y’all open till 10 online . Then they got smart “well we telling you we closed ” so then I went thru the drive thru and it took 40 mins . Look moral of story I just worked a 14 hour day outside in the sun doing manual labor . I really just don’t want someone to be rude to me and cope a attitude when I just want some dang dinner. If you closing early for whatever reason cool I don’t care but dont be a$$ to your customers about it .

We were ignored in the drive though for 10 mins. No one answered at all after talking through the speaker repeatedly. Drove up to the drive through window & the guy working there continues to ignore us all while walking back & forth towards the front passing us while he did so. Finally another employee came from the back & confirmed they were indeed open but was out of everything but bone in chicken.

After a 10 hour day of teaching I stopped by on my way home because I was too tired to cook. I was told to wait at the line and my food would be brought to me. I sat and I sat and I sat.. watching car after car go around me with their food. After 20 minutes I went inside to find my food in a bag sitting on the counter. I drove the 5 minutes home and my food was ice cold and my chicken strips were so grainy I could not eat more than one piece. It was not even chewable. I am extremely disappointed. I have gone to this location many times and have had other experiences with such rock hard chicken strips they were not chewable. It was like chewing a balloon.
