I spent almost $18 on some 3 chicken tender and spicy sandwich combos. I was told i needed to wait extra for my tenders, totally fine. but by the time i got my food it was 5min to close and they had locked the doors, also fine. when i got home and checked my box the tenders and fries were both undercooked and soggy. I’m staying in a camper so i now have no dinner. and i’m out $20. raw chicken is going to give someone salmonella. i understand i came at the end of the night, but i didn’t have many other options. i didn’t mind waiting, but i would have liked to wait for food that was cooked properly.

I guess I don’t understand fast food like I used too. Every single time I go here there’s a wait for you food when no one is here. I ordered online…you know to speed up the process and let them know I was coming to eat chicken. It took me 20 min to drive from where I was to there. Pulled up to the drive through and told them who the order was for. I was told to pull forward and we’ll bring it out when it is ready, like always, and waited an extra 20 min for my food. That’s not even the best of it. The chicken tasted old and had been setting under a heat lamp for a while. I had ordered spicy and my son ordered origional. None of the boxes were marked and we couldn’t have told them apart anyway because the chicken looked old….I don’t know weather to be disappointed in Popeyes or today’s youth. BTW this is not the first encounter at this particular Popeyes that has went this direction but it’s been about a year since I’ve ate there with the same experience, I thought I would give it another try but still not impressed.

This Popeyes is amazing. I felt like I was fully taken care of. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Super nice and respectful. They were short staffed but they prepared my food in a fast manner. Everything was perfect. Hot and fresh! I couldn’t have had a more better experience than this. Thank you!! I will definitely be coming back again!

First the order was incorrect and had to get it fixed, then they forgot the drink. When i got the drink they gave me a size too small. We got home and began eating, the breading was completely different on my chicken and tasted bad. But the worst part of all? My partner’s chicken had a spider cooked into the breading. And yes, its a spider. We looked closely and saw individual legs, sorry if the picture may not be convincing enough

I don’t see how this place is still open it’s like the workers don’t want to work. I come through the drive through I ask for a three piece wing they told me it would be a 15 minute wait so I left and came back two hours later and was told the exact same thing. It would be a 15 minute wait for three wings. I came the following day and lo and behold. They told me the same exact thing again, it will be 15 minutes with three wings. So i guess this is what they say to make people drive off because not to many people not going to wait 15 minutes in the drive through.

Ordered a 12 pc Family Original at 4:55 PM and was told they bring it out in 15 mins to the vehicle if I pull into spot in front of the store. Sure, no problem thank you! (Thinking in my head that’s awesome hot and fresh) 4 cars later I began to wonder(15 mins in)…did they forget. Well I waited another 2 cars which was another 10 to 15 mins, I go in of course. Walk up to counter 3… now count 3 employees saw me at that moment and didn’t acknowledge my presence, normally I’d be a raving lunatic but I wanted to extend grace because they “appeared” busy. 10 more mins go by and the little girl that’s directly in front of me says we will be with you in a sec, yep you guessed it another 5 and the shift manager is walking out to take what I thought was my order to my vehicle. I stopped and said that may be mine…(shocker) it was and she asked for my receipt and began apologizing and hurriedly went right back to the kitchen to finally begin making my order. Oh…did I mention there was no food available to build my order , still calm I say whatever you have I’ll take it (chicken), mashed potatoes and Mac n Cheese. I hear her ask how long until Mac sigh, I say just give me 2 mashed and it’ll be fine. So, 45 mins and $41.46 later I don’t have the correct food and no offer to even refund it. Needless to say the first time going was the last time I’ll go. Management needs some help there I guess. Maybe this will reach them and they’ll attempt to make it right.

Food is great but service sucks! In the drive through right now with 5 other cats pulled up in parking spaces waiting on food. Every time I come there is a wait! Turns a quick trip for dinner into an hr trip & i have to go to work!

did an in app order and waited 20 to 30 minutes for a family combo, although i had to wait a while the staff were very nice and gave me updates and what the hold up was and even apologized for the wait, delicious food too.
