As a fast food place, this place is really good comparing to other fast food. Place is clean, service is amazing (the cashier’s name was Jordan and was super nice) and food was yummy. The whole family enjoyed it. We will be back for sure. Keep up the great service.

Ok look I know things can get pretty hectic and insane at this location but do your best when we ask for extra items or food. I was in the lunch line today and wasn’t to terribly busy and asked for an extra small french fry which I didn’t get nor did the attendant ask if I wanted anything to drink. So please make sure to ask for drinks should certain combos don’t come with it and listen for those extras. Oh by the way since this 6$ box has made a come back please put at least 2 sauces in with the order this one small container just won’t do especially as big as these tenders are.

Terrible experience! I went to the Popeyes location in Spring Hill, TN. I had the worst experience that I’ve had with a fast food restaurant in many years. I went through the drive through and they would only take cash through the window. I had to come inside if I wanted to use a debit card. I used cash which was fine, just inconvenient. I placed my order at 5:37pm according to the receipt. It took to 6:15pm and I’m just getting my food. 38 min! When I got my food, half of the order was missing so I had to park and go back inside since I had been asked to pull up to a front door. I’m glad I checked everything instead of driving away. I’ve been to this location three times over the past year and every time there’s been some weird customer service issue. When I went inside it took another 10 min get my remaining food. The manager didn’t say anything to me, seemed checked out, and was acting strange. Either I have very bad luck or there’s a management/leadership issue here that’s causing it. It’s so bad this time that I took the time to leave a review. The food is good but the customer service is so bad it’s killing this location. I’m wondering if it’s a corporate store where management issues are being overlooked or if the local owner/operator just doesn’t care.

Pulled into to drive through at 7pm on a Friday. Was told they were open for mobile orders only. I said thank you and pulled into a parking spot and placed an order on the mobile app. When I pulled back around to give them my mobile order number I was told this time, 4 min from ordinal interaction, they’re closed. I said I have a mobile order. They said well if it wasn’t placed before 6pm they wouldn’t get it or prepare it! So apparently you have until 6pm to order food from a fast food restaurant that closes at 9pm on a Friday night! Would not recommend giving your money to this location. Will never go here again and hope they close indefinitely. This way the space can be used for a company who can provide the service they advertise.

I’ll preface this review with I’m a pretty chill person who has a lot of respect for restaurant workers. This store is often out of certain items and closes at random times that are never reflected online. If you plan on eating here, be sure to call beforehand. Pros: workers are nice, app easily issues refund for store being closed Cons: store is closed at peak hours without notice, often out of popular items.

While placing an order, I asked for dark meat only for one of the combos (a 4 piece chicken combo). I was told that they were instructed by their GM that they must mix the chicken and not do a 4 piece dark only. So, GM if you’re reading this review, I want you to know that I think it’s pathetic, not to allow your staff to accomadate a simple request.

Awful service. Rude employees, two 5 piece chicken tender meals took 20 minutes to come out. Could only get diet Coke from the drink machine. No sweet tea. Out off BBQ sauce & then still missed an order of fries. I love Popeyes food but this place is pathetic. Won’t be back to this one.

I don’t think a drive thru could move any slower. Over an 30 minute wait. Absolutely not worth it. The girl at cash register moves like a turtle and can hardly pick up things with her long nasty nails. Then you have to ask her for the items that you already ordered.

Bad experience all around. When I ordered I mentioned twice that I wanted spicy chicken, and they gave me mild. I sat at the window for about 7 minutes watching people walk back and forth, but no one approached the window to take my payment. I also brought a coupon, but when I presented it to the cashier she just said she didn’t have the manager’s card to approve it and didn’t make any further effort to honor it. At that point my food was ready so it was too late to cancel my order. I normally don’t leave reviews, but just like the biscuit they gave me, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
