Went to get chicken @1:00pm and they advised that they had no chicken and that there was a 30 minute wait so I went to run errands and came back. 30 minutes later. Again they advised it was a 30 minute wait I said you told me the same thing 30 minutes ago. The lady advised then it will be a 10minute wait. I stated I will wait the 10minutes and I did. Came back around 10 minutes later and ordered 12 piece chicken mild. The lady told me they only had spicy. I said you didn’t cook any mild while cooking spicy and she said no and unless you want spicy we don’t have any chicken to give you. I told her what a waste of my time. They don’t care how customers feel and don’t have any customer service etiquette and are very cold and unfriendly. Don’t bother going to this Popeyes

Just terrible service if you get any at all… I was pulled up to wait for fresh shrimp. Only to get home and realize they gave me the oldest and hardest shrimp in the building. No receipt, spoon, or napkins. And no apology when I drove all the way back because you can’t call the store phone. This is by far the worst location. Just don’t even waste your time.

I walk in and ask someone, apparently the only nice employee, if they take Apple Pay. Apparently it was drive thru only, but the lobby doors were unlocked and there were no signs to tell me to say “drive thru only” just a loud manager. A manager who acted like I was the dumb one for magically knowing that she doesn’t do walk ups. This whole thing likely could’ve been avoided had she let her coworker speak. This place has gone downhill fast. I went through the drive thru and felt as if I was an inconvenience to the people working there. After placing my order I pulled up to the window to pay and no one was there. After sitting there for about 10 minutes someone finally came to the window and told me my total. Workers were talking and horsing around eating in the kitchen area and roaming around. No sense of urgency at all. After I paid for my food I sat for another 10 minutes before getting my 2 fish sandwiches. They were not busy so not sure what the deal was. The person at the window gave me my food and as I started to say,”have a good night” she closed the window in my face. No way I’m going there again.
