The night shift staff are incredibly rude. Placed an order through the app over 30 minutes before the posted close time. The lady at the window lied about receiving the order, as I told her it was under my nickname and she asked if it was under my full name. She then told me she was not refunding the order, even though I had the digital receipt showing the order went through and my card was charged. I went through the website and got the refund issued, but I do not advise visiting this restaurant after lunch time just for the service alone.

Very hit or miss in food quality. I had quit going there for a long time because the chicken tenders resembled something that had been refried to heat up. I went back a week or so and was very impressed. The chicken tenders were a light golden brown and very good. Tonight? Back to the same Ole refried too dark brown just barely missing burnt dried out chicken tenders. To boot they got my order wrong but I guess it’s easy to misunderstand Cole slaw vs mashed potatoes and gravy. Won’t be back. Costs too much to waste.

I ordered spicy chicken like I always do at this store. I was surprised when I got home and ate my order because it tastes like their regular fried chicken. I called them to complain about it but they said it was spicy and they recalled me ordering those spicy chicken. Somethings changed. Before they usually serve awesome spicy fried chicken. Such a disappointment.
