I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever eat from this restaurant. From catching employees taking pictures of you’re debit card, never being able to accept credit cards, or getting chicken not cooked all the way or at the very least you order will just be wrong. This is the worst fast food place in the area and it’s sad for those of us who work around here and don’t have much time or options. If I was the franchise owner of this location I would just close. Any day now there will be a major lawsuit with this place. To be fair though look at the employees what do u expect.

I wouldn’t have given it one star, but this review belongs here. This store is officially the worst. The lobby is open but they only doing drive thru. The line goes into the next business parking lot even though there are at least six people inside. The front counter isn’t open. They don’t have half the stuff on the menu and when you get your food the attitude you get when you ask for sauce or actual HOT FOOD IS CRAZY. I get that the cost of everything has gone up but so did salaries and the way your handling your customers is deplorable. I’ll never spend anymore money at this location and I don’t recommend anyone eat here unless you have a free day to sit in drive thru and deal with employees that don’t wanna be at work

I love Popeyes, but this location was my worst experience. Came through the drive thru, sweat heat sauce was partially opened, didn’t get a straw for my drink, not even a bag for my food. The chicken was dry and hard to chew. Never coming to this location again.

This place is run so lousy!! They only have the drive though open, with the lobby being closed. There were employees in the lobby absolutely doing nothing. We waited over 45 minutes to snail pace through the dive through. Then the person taking the drive through orders was very incompetent and we weren’t sure if what we ordered was what we were going to receive. When we got our order, the fries were ice cubes and without more ranting, I will just say that we will not bother them with returning. I hope that upper management will take notice and make some changes

I had an online order and when I got there to the window they told me that my order wasn’t gonna show up for 30 minutes and then the manager walked away the girl let the window close the window with my face and they went to doing other stuff and just ignored me. I questioned that because I placed plenty of online orders with Popeyes and I’ve never been number one told that an online order takes 30 minutes to show and never have I been ignored by both the manager and the cashier like I did something wrong by placing in online order.
