Jasmine is a problem and bad for business. I just witnessed her pick a fight with another customer. The lady was quietly in line when I arrived, she told me to go in front of her she had ordered. When she walked up to the counter to get her order Jasmine asked her what’s wrong the lady told her why she was frustrated explaining she had been there over 1/2 an hr. but even in her frustration she didn’t say anything to anyone. Jasmine took her food back and said I’m not giving you this I feel your energy and I’m not dealing with negative energy. It took the lady with locks to come from the back and resolve the situation gave the lady her food and everything was settled. Jasmine didn’t have to say anything to that lady just hand her the food. I heard Jasmine tell the lady she was a manager. Had it been me i don’t know if I wouldve been as calm as that lady was. Had she lashed out Jasmine would’ve deserved it. Working in that environment especially a manager should know how to calm people down not create an unnecessary problem. Jasmine clearly provoked that lady, that lady said not one word to Jasmine. I hope she calls upper management.

Very odd… I waited to order in the drive-thru. Once I did, I pulled around and saw the car at the window pull away. As I approached the window, the employee stuck her head out and told me to hold up. ??? No explanation. Sat for a few minutes (!?). Nothing. Finally, not having any idea what was going on, I got out and walked to the window and looked in. The fellow next to her said “you can pull on up”. (?) So I got back in the car and pulled up to the window. I asked the employee who had told me to stop, did I understand correctly that that was what she told me to do. “Yes I did!”, very curtly. No explanation.
