Service is extremely slow and they run out of chicken a lot. Why are you running out of chicken at 6pm roughly when folks are picking up kids and trying to get home for the night. I tried to give them another chance but it’s always something wrong with this Popeyes in Bartlett off of Stage road. Where is the owner and why is he allowing this business to suffer like this. I always patron this location and all was good until yesterday. I ordered the 8 piece spicy and lo and behold, I got MILD. I’m not sure if the person pulling the order didn’t read the monitor correctly because the guy at the drive thru repeated my order back to me. Got to do better young people.

Every time you go there they are always out of chicken wings or they close sooner than they’re supposed to. Always have missing items and drive-through. They never give you napkins. If you ask for an extra wing if you don’t check you won’t have it and this is it the Popeyes on Germantown Parkway and the other one on Highway 64 in Bartlett Tennessee.

Chicken was fresh only because I waited over a HOUR after I paid for it inline through drive thru. They told me they was short on staff,and told them it’s ok I used to work for fast food so I understqns and I won’t be a. Grouch but as soon as I get my food I had asked if the chicken was all dark meat and the same man I talked to gave me a attitude. They need better employees that’s for sure
