This location needs better workers and managers. Location always have long lines and never respecting the customers request. Customers always have to sit before someone take the order. Also, the night manager never wants to drop any fresh food when customers ask. Also, manager hanging out the window taking orders stating don’t have nothing to serve everything is going to be 25 minutes. This is a sad location and I hate the way that it’s been ran down to the ground. Drove off because manager did not want to drop anything.

They were just standing around including the manager. Talking about going to the club. Nothing was ready the wings had a wait the nuggets had a wait . Only person who actually cared that I was trying to feed my baby was a cook whom was on break and went directly in to assist me. That’s why food was given 5 stars.

Please hire more staff. It is ridiculous to wait in line so long. Then they kept telling everyone to “stay at the red pole” until they signaled us to pull up to the window. They didn’t even give me my condiments for all the chicken strips I had to order. If you visit this location, be prepared to wait a very very very long time.

Manager did state they were a little shirt staffed and asked us to be patient. Ordered ghost pepper wings and 2pc white spicy. Wings were cold and the 3pc spicy breast and wing wrong. Received 2 pc dark mild. Had to go to work and did not go back.

I must commend Popeyes’ staff this morning. My drive-thru experience was exceptional! I didn’t wait long to order nor receiving food. The young lady at the window was very pleasant. Oh my gosh, my chicken was fresh and my mash potatoes tasted like they were freshly mashed . I am posting a picture because this chicken is BEAUTIFUL and it is seasoned well.

I ordered online when I made it my order wasn’t ready which was fine I knew it would be fresh I ordered a 12 pcs family spent $35. 1st the manager insulted my grandson who 6’4 285# he wanted to order a cheese cake she told him I’m going to help you out you don’t need it and we don’t have any. When I made it home I only had 8pcs of chicken I’m heated now I have to go back to I-55 location where other customers are also upset and bringing back orders. The MOD snatched my receipt out of my hand when I told her she didn’t have to snatch I didn’t get rude with you even after having to drive back up her because you can’t count to 12. But I love Popeyes and normally NEVER complain even though service is always HORRIBLE this was beyond HORRIBLE. My tender meal was good. Oh yeah she tried to give me a box full of thighs an AGAIN there was only 8 pcs of chicken I had to call her back an let her know there was only eight pcs of chicken and there was 6 thighs then I was called a LIAR because the thighs was big she must don’t know the parts of a chicken after turning the thighs over so she could see the were thighs I finally got my chicken but the oil it was cooked in needed to be cleaned it was dark not golden brown.

Every time I visit this location they leave something out. Manager has a nasty attitude and acts like the condiments that EYE PAID FOR come out of her paycheck. $40 worth of wings, 3 cups of blackened ranch.
