Got ghost pepper wings. They are the smallest I ever had, took a bite and it was bone. Customer service is Devine. samantha at the register was a sweet heart. Normally I like this Popeyes because food is always fresh but this time was absolutely not.

They charged my card almost three times what the cost of my order should have been and I still cannot get in touch with anyone about it. A simple combo for 24$??? I will be going to the location tomorrow to hopefully speak to a manager. Horrible.

I’ve come to this place a few times now and I’m just blown away! The many Popeyes I’ve been to in my home state of Iowa don’t even come close to this. The customer service is top notch. Everyone works together smoothly to pop out orders left and right. The chicken? Best I’ve ever had. And the place is actually clean, including bathrooms. Thank you all!!

This Popeye’s location is one of the worst. Placed a mobile order around 8pm for pickup. Went over to pick it up, when I walked inside both of the employees were sitting at tables just hanging out playing on their phones. I asked about my mobile order to which one of them got up and went over to the printer to see it. There were 3 receipts printed out. Why wasn’t my order already being made? No idea. Simple order, 3 things. While waiting, she hands me my cup, I walk over to the soda dispenser for some lemonade and it goes spraying all over, my arms, clothes, feet. They had already started breaking the soda machine down (even though they don’t close for several more hours) and had taken the nozzles off. So I walk back to hotel, open the bag and only two of the three items I ordered are in it and they forgot my sauces. At that point I was so frustrated just said forget it. This location clearly needs some management.

My mom and I ordered two different combos and we didn’t receive the full order along w/the wait time in which lasted about 20 minutes. We get our order and it’s lukewarm! Why did we wait that long for an order that was lukewarm! Smh NEVER coming bk! A simple order!

Completely messed up the order after pulling up and waiting. Shorted us chicken and sides plus the chicken wasn’t cooked right. This store normally gets the order right the few times I have stopped by so I didn’t check it before pulling off. Left off 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides. I checked the receipt and it was rang up correctly. Won’t be going back anytime soon.
