1pm long line and wait.The older lady cashier is super slow and I don’t think she likes me. She is very short and she nearly always messes up your order. Today, after 20 minute wait, I make my order. Big box, spicy with breast, leg, coleslaw, red beans / rice. “Oh, we only have fries & coleslaw.” OK. After 5 more minutes wait, ” we don’t have breast in spicy” OK, breast mild & leg spicy. Receive my order, both pieces are mild and fries/ coleslaw don’t really go together. If it weren’t for the manager helping her, I may still be waiting. Put her in the back, she doesn’t know how to operate the register and she’s to smug to be in contact with your customers.

6:45 on Thursday 4/13/2023 Why is the lobby closed to the public, drive thru only, 3 staff members outside smoking and two more sitting inside at a table. Drive thru backed up and didn’t move for 10 minutes. One star rating because zero wasn’t an option.

I visited this store on 3 different occasions over the last month. Last night, I was disappointed again about my order. The chicken was not fresh and it was re-fried. It was old fried chicken that had been placed in batter or flour and fried again. The chicken was dark brown with the crust falling off. I did not eat it and called the manager today to let them know about my experience.

I’ve gotten lucky. I’ve never had to wait that long and it’s always good! The other fast food restaurants around here seem to be hit or miss on their fast food items. This one has always been good for classic crispy fried chicken.

I did a mobile order online. I waited 30min before I headed in that direction because I know things take time. I was prepared to wait in line and did(I had a sleeping baby other than that I would’ve went inside). After getting to the pick up window I waited 8min eventually the fellow asked me to pull up and wait. There i waited 17min. He brings my food and items are missing. So I got out to let them know NICELY and these sapsuckers acted like I was the problem and that’s when it became a problem. I still responded in kindness but y’all ….If you are the one making mistakes that are inconveniencing me…. shouldn’t I be the one angry? If I am not angry and I am very understanding you should respond as such. I have hella patience but foolishness runs me thin every time. Smh I clearly said no ice in my drink but I realized they were busy while I was in my 8 min wait, so whatever I’ll just take them out myself. No need to inconvenience them. There were zero fries in the fry holder… looks like they were dumped in the bag. As much as I bought it would have been nothing to wedge that fry holder between the food in the bag so that they do not fall out. Bro just show some courtesy of some kind. “My mistake let me get that for you it’s a little crazy today”.

I’ve had to pull up and wait for my order several times. The last time that I was asked to pull up, I waited 30 minutes. So I had to go inside. They forgot me. Most of my order was barely warm. The crust wasn’t crunchy, only moist.

The food was sorry.the service was sorry the atmosphere was very unpleasant.
