The food is good but you have to be prepared to wait. I made a mobile order at 5 when I left work. Went straight to the restaurant and finally left with my food at 6:20. Several people were upset because the restaurant ran out of dark meat chicken. The cashier working was very polite and kept her cool while everyone was complaining.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received! I waited ten minutes in drive for cold chicken sandwiches. I pulled over to check them and noticed how cold they were. Immediately went back through drive where the lady in the speaker stated, “ well we ain’t drop nothing fresh.” Shook me ! This was 9pm and the store doesn’t close until 11pm. Will not be back!

The card machine hasn’t been working in over a week or more. They never have the kind of chicken you want, spicy, ghost pepper wings, fries. The wait time in the drive thru is RIDICULOUS!

Cashier was rude and just acted like he did not care to serve me and my coworkers. Tried to order ghost pepper wings and said they would have to drop some what else could he get me. Not only did he put my order in wrong, I went back to order the spicy sandwich and he told me they were out of sandwiches and just looked at me like he did not care to serve me once again.. no problem cause I won’t be back.

Staff was rude, I asked for my cup upon ordering and the cashier told me she was gonna give me my cup. But as I continued to wait and wait and wait. I never got my cup. Until I requested it again to leave. They had no shrimp but the people behind me got shrimp. When I told the lady I had coupons she screamed for a manager and said omg she has a coupon. Was also out of regular tenders so I had to get spicy. If I hadn’t already paid for my food I would have left and went somewhere else. Also no one has hairnets on. Not even the managers. All the tables were dirty with debris and garbage cans were over flowing.

Do not order pickup through uber eats !! I ordered ahead and still waited a full hour before I got a three item order! Then my fries were not bagged and the extra apple pie I did not ask for wasted sugar all on the fries, making them inedible, and it wasted inside my car. At that point, I didn’t even want the pies anymore. It was peak time but cmon man! Why would you make 7+ orders before mine. The food (chicken sandwhich) was not worth the wait at all, and if you’re on break please go somewhere else! These folks will waste your time
