Check your order before leaving. No one picks up the phone either. Ordered white meat only because no one in my house will eat legs and most times they’re out of thighs and sub legs in. It was a regular order of chicken I’m just thankful it’s not mostly legs at this point.

Don’t ask for sauce or give you napkins. My mashed potatoes were missing. At least they attitude better than Starkville popeyes at the drive thru windows.

They are rude at the drive thru and are out of everything that I ordered on 4 separate occasions. Items pictured on the menu are not even sold anymore. Food is good if you can get it,, but very expensive. Not really worth the agitation.

Bathroom are disgusting! Toilet seats falling off. Watched an employee walk out of the Bathroom and into the kitchen without washing his hands again once getting to the kitchen. My husband said there was no soap in the mens Bathroom either! I ordered chicken strips and found wings in my order as one of my strips. Some strips were mostly bread. Staff was not that friendly either. Out of straws and silverware.

Horrible customer service. The girl working the drive through was externally rude and had a very bad attitude. Some of the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was afraid of her tampering with my food so ended up just driving away without eating. Based on other reviews it looks like I made the right call. Would not recommend.

Well with this location, I had never eaten inside only take out and drive through. Let’s just say the food was good, but the service was not so much. The location had run out of chicken and was only serving white meat at the time. Their Tuesday special calls for dark meat only. So they still allowed the patrons to take advantage of the special without the white meat upcharge. They seemed to be very nice people. All things considered it was a very good trip.
