I thought I ordered a platter with two sides but I must have said a platter with a empty bowl and they made a mistake and put mac n cheese in it . I know there are shortages in our economy but dang, just say “sorry we are sold out”. Shaking my head! Either the Mac or the Cheese must be locked in the Fort Knox vault.

This place always tries shutting down before 7pm. Out of nearly half the stuff and down to one fryer. If your gonna post hours of 7pm, don’t shut down until then. Customer service should be the number one priority, not getting off of work right after 7pm. Management- fix or fire your night shift. Update: Still sucks

Normal AAFES Popeyes restaurant. It was as expected. The reason for only 3 stars is the spicy chicken was not spicy. I could see the red under the chicken skin, but it was no longer the Cajun spice that I came to love down in Louisiana. If Popeyes is offering spicy, then that is what it needs to be…..SPICY!!!!. You also offer mild for those who do not like the spice. So I say, turn the Cajun Heat back up! Thank you.

Service is always slow at the fort knox popeyes. You have a bunch of kids working there that really do not care and play around instead of servicing customers. I waited over 20 minutes and you had several people request refunds instead of wait. Employees should care about the job they are doing. I got regular chicken nothing special like shrimp or strips.

Literally the worst Popeyes, no one seems to care about the customer at the stores. I was the only person at the counter for 6 minutes, being ignored. On top of that, they were out of everything.
