It’s expensive! But so is everything. 35 to 40 dollars for a family meal. We ordered a few of the 6 or 7 dollar meal boxes instead. We ordered, payed, then waited. Then the young lady in the window said that they just told her it would be 10 minutes on our order. Told us to pull around and wait. I asked, what pieces come in those? She said a breast and a wing. I asked if one could have a thigh in it instead. She refused. Said they wouldn’t let her. You took my money without telling me there was a wait. I complied. And you can’t swap a more expensive breast fore a cheaper thigh for a customer you just inconvenienced? Well, 15-20 minutes later…not 10, we got our food.

Haven’t had Popeyes in a really long time so we decided to take a chance on this Popeyes. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t that good either. Their Mac N Cheese was very greasy and the fries were horrible. ALL the tables were dirty in the lobby, they were not busy so they could have had someone clean them. Was very disappointed in this place.

I ordered two fish sandwiches, had to wait 15 minutes. I don’t mind the waiting. I ordered them plain however, when I got them they were older sandwiches that they had tried to scrape the tartar sauce off of. I will not return and I’ll be sure to tell everybody about this.

This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had at Popeyes. The size of the chicken pieces was pitiful. The seasoning seemed lackluster. They told me that salt and pepper was not available because they are no longer ordering it. It has become the absolutely worst experience I have had at a fast food restaurant in ages. I cannot understand why Popeyes would allow such a poor performance go unnoticed. If the original owner of Popeyes seasoning… Al Copeland saw this, he is rolling in his grave… I will give another location a try. If it is also bad, I will never visit another Popeyes… EVER!
