The lady working the register inside had a rotten attitude. I needed spicy chicken, she tried to tell me I would have to settle for mild. Didn’t even offer to let me wait for the spicy pieces to cook. Won’t be back.

I had an order mess up a while back that they offered to correct, and even did so about a month later. The guy who did, Mr. James, was working alone, ( other than one other employee who was unloading truck ), the other 3 called out. James was still very fast with our orders and extremely calm for someone who was alone. If you see this, James, you’re very appreciated. Thanks for your work, even with your dislocated shoulder.

First order was good, all I got was a drink and the manager was friendly. I then created an account after getting the app and saw I could get a free apple pie, so i did just that. I went to the counter about 3 or 4 minutes later and asked the young lady at the cashier if it was ready yet and she didn’t even know it was ordered and then asked me why I didn’t just come up and order it at the counter. Oh well.. I’ll still eat here again but that was a tad bit annoying

We are from the Louisville area and we had drove down to attend a viewing of a dear friend who had passed. We contacted to store to ask them to prepare the chicken ahead since it was a big order and told them we would be at 4:50 to pick it up. We walked in and the staff was very sweet and the manager Ed went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to take food for everyone at the viewing. The food was exactly what we ordered and fresh. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience all while we were grieving. Thank you so much for your help and your kindness!

I think Popeyes chicken is pretty good. The coleslaw and bix were decent, too. I also had red beans and rice. That could use some work; it was essentially steamed white rice with reconned refried beans. Any place with “Louisiana” in their name hasta do better. ‘Mon now.

I always have a hard time getting the correct order at this location. We ordered a 2 piece and a 3 piece chicken dinner. We received 2 two piece dinners going through drive through. My husband took it back inside to get the other piece of chicken. At first the person who identified themselves as manager said I filled that order myself. At which time my husband gave them the receipt, and then we got another piece of chicken. They then did apologize. Turned out the biscuit was quite dried out, but we didn’t want to go back again. The time before that we didn’t get dipping sauce for nuggets, and the two times before that no utensils to eat with.

Waited 30minutes for our order. Apparently they only cook 16 pcs of chicken at a time, as we were told the two cars in front of us had both taken an eight peice meal. You would think that at noon on Sunday they would be better prepared.
