Maybe it was just today, but the chicken just was not as fresh as it usually is. The mac & cheese was a little aged, you can see from the picture. Was not their best showing. Normally with fast food restaurants you can expect the same thing and everyone of them, and sometimes you catch them when the food is fresh and sometimes you don’t. Just so happens I went When the food was just not where it should’ve been. It’s not gonna stop me from going back to Popeyes, it’s not gonna stop me from ordering the mac & cheese again. But it will be a little bit but we will return.

Loved it my food was really good!! They was busy, but of course they just opened like 9 days ago plus we was there during lunchtime, but the wait wasn’t too bad and they did a very good job an the employees were very nice. Definitely be back!!

Pulled to drive through 10 minutes before closing say long enough to be ready to order only to have the store close early. Wouldn’t normally complain but we drove out of the way to go to restaurant. Do BETTER, not for me, because I won’t be back!!!!

I have issues at Popeyes every time I go. Management is rude and they do not like to replace food when they mess up an order! I have ordered original chicken and I get spicy. Do you know how horrible that is to bite into chicken and it’s spicy which I don’t ever eat. I’m out money and lunch because I can not find my receipt! I’m a GM at McDonald’s and I would never treat a customer that way. I have other ways to look up the sale if the receipt is gone. I would love to work in a position where I would train new staff in restaurant/hospitality on: How to handle customer situations, how to train crew for them to he successful, teach the current staff how to work like a team!

Gave us mashed potatoes that had been setting out in the warmer for hours, the gravy was evaporated, the Mac and cheese was bad, plus side they can’t count and gave me an eight piece tender when I ordered 5, it almost made up for the bad service we have previously when they gVe two little nuggets to us for our shrimp and tender basket. We won’t be back.
