I wanted to be fair so I counted- 5 times in a row that they parked me after I ordered. Different order every time but every time it was the same. They took my money, served me a drink and then parked me. One time I waited 15 minutes before I finally went in and got my food that was sitting on the counter. Today, as I’m writing this, I’m parked and waiting on my food (five chicken tenders). They’ll probably forget me and I’ll have to go inside and get it after I finish writing this. Bunch of kids running this place . . . Food is good when I finally get it though so, there is that.

To begin with, they were short-staffed. Took about 15 minutes to get our food. The beverage machine was out of ice. The Diet Coke tasted too much like syrup. There were no small cup lids available. The Men’s bathroom was Out of Order. The sandwich was more greasy than normally served. This was a very unpleasant experience. The workers were working hard but because of being short-staffed they couldn’t keep up with what needed to be done.

We love the spicy and the classic chicken sandwich. They were out of mayonnaise, it made the sandwich a little bit dry. I got a tender dinner and the tenders seemed to be undercooked. Service is a little bit slow for so many employees to be inside. I understand they are new business and still learning but they need to pick it up a little bit.

Terrible service! We sat there for a little more than 10 minutes for people just to stare at us and not take our order. There was an employee standing at the counter eating fries and talking to the cashier. While we waited trying to find someone that would take our order. We ended up leaving about 15 to 20 minutes later without our orders being taken.

At approximately 3 in the afternoon on 5/14/23 we ordered original chicken sandwich and fries along with 3 piece chicken finger dinner. No drinks. One car in front of us was just finishing up ordering. The person taking order seemed to not hear us well, but most drive through speakers are this way. We were informed we must pay with EXACT change or card. We asked for a total and began scrambling for change in the car as we pulled to window. Food was given to us immediately! As my husband pulled away I checked our bags only to find one order of fries was missing. We drove make around and woman with a team leader shirt greater my husband with a gruff “yea”. He told her we were short fries and she said oh ok. Gave him the fries with no sorry no here ya go no nothin! As we pulled over in the parking lot of near by home improvement store to eat we realized food was cold and old!

I love Popeyes and the staff was wonderful. Food was delicious and fresh. However, the way the manager was going on in the back and talking to everyone was really unfortunate. It’s chicken. She was basically yelling at everyone saying that she was tired and wasn’t going to have a disaster today or something. Yelling about writing everyone up if they didn’t do exactly what she said and stayed exactly where she put them. Screeching about everything. I can’t imagine trying to manage people like this. I’m sure it doesn’t pay leaps and bounds above other places in the area. I would not stay and put up with this treatment if I were them. Very disheartening.

Chicken was so oily it left a residue on my tongue. The staff were nice but forgot some of our food so we had to go back and get it. Everything was just lackluster and not worth the price we paid.

Just went to Popeyes and waited 20 minutes to get our food. We were 2nd car in drive thru. The person taking our order didn’t ring up our 2 large fries. We did get 1 small order. Definitely a problem here because everyone was being told to go to a spot and wait. Not a good experience.
