I would give this restaurant zero starts if I could. Every time we come here it takes an hour to order and get our food. Don’t come here if you are expecting fast food. Go to a sit down restaurant; it would take less time. Highly do NOT recommend this location. Horrible service!

We were ordering 3, 12 piece family meals and they were very rude expressing we had to wait 20 minutes. Which would have been fine, but the only 3 staff members working were frustrated and clearly annoyed that we ordered a large amount. We then chose to leave without ordering anything. Can’t tell if food was good or not, since we did not order. But customer service was awful and manager was very rude.

Bad stuff I ve ever seen super slow unprofessionally Popeyes stuf people stuck here hours to get orders ready stupid management people waiting in line like Walmart store even worse if you don’t believe you can check your cameras for today how people was nervous here . Watch out for the prices!!! We got a small fry and they charged us $4.19 EXTRA for the very very SMALL sack of fries. We tried telling them that and they just said… SORRY, it’s a truck stop and that is the price, and would not refund. SOOO watch out for THIS store.

Nothing to drink here, after I order 2 meals they tell me this. So I was offered frozen lemonade and then I am told it’s not frozen is that OK? I said no that is not OK. Then another employee speaks up to tell me I can walk next door to buy something to drink. I strongly advised her I would not go over there because I bought my meal here. Will never go back and I live close

If I could give zero stars I would. Place is getting over priced food is always cold one time you go in order a platter one time comes with a box of fries next day it’s a small bag. 23 dollars for 8 tenders that’s it no sides nothing really.

Not even worth 1 star. Ordered online. Waited for them to finish making the food in store because it wasn’t ready by the time we got there. So waited a few minutes because they were finishing up the chicken sandwhich I ordered. Hand me a bag saying I’m good to go. Get home and they didn’t put the sandwhich in the bag and was missing one of the sides we ordered. Don’t understand how you can make a customer wait for an item and then forget to put that specific item in the bag. Absolutely terrible. Can’t even get a hold of anyone on the phone to right the situation. Might as well have just stole me money.
