I actually didn’t get any food but was with someone else who did and the young lady taking the orders had excellent customer service skills which made the atmosphere very pleasant and cordial. An error was made on the order, but we had plenty of time to check it before we left so that could have been avoided on both ends. But I would definitely recommend this particular Popeyes

Just left Popeyes, bc after waiting in a line that wasn’t terribly long (the line often wraps around the building), we finally get up to the speaker and wait several minutes without anyone saying anything. After that, my husband asked if anyone was there — no answer. We waited awhile again then said “hello? Hello?” We got not answer, so we left (thankfully there’s an exit from the drive-thru at that point).

If I could rate -1, I would. On 6/15/2023, I entered Popeyes and placed an order. I witnessed an older, heavy set black woman, with glasses and short gray hair, clean her nose and handle food. She tried to do it on the sly with her back turned, but it was still conspicuous, as she was working right up there in the front. She didn’t wash her hands or anything. She placed her snot rag in her pocket and continued to handle food. It appears she was new because she was slow and was taking direction from the young light skinned girl, with the pink hair, who operated the front line register. You don’t know who management is because they all are so unprofessional. I threw my food out and contacted customer service, who offered a refund; however, the refund has to be processed by the store manager. The store manager has never contacted me, and it’s been over a week, which tells me that nasty old woman is still wiping her nose and making food. Clearly, hygiene is not enforced in that raggedy establishment. Now, I’m having to wait on the District Manager to contact me. Just f’kn GROSS!

So we waited for 50 minutes and in that time one of the cooks came out and telling people they ran out of chicken when I finally ordered, I ordered 16 blacken ranch 2 pies and a medium dr pepper easy right!!! Wrong still waited almost 5 minutes for my order and the pies were cold and she girl kinda seamed agitated cause she forgot the sauce which is the only reason I came I felt like it was an inconvenience

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! If you’re thinking of trying them out because you really want some Popeyes DON’T DO IT!!!! The lines are always long and then when you finally get to the window the workers are rude. They should just shut down at this point. They’ve always been trash.

Slowest service in town and not even worth it. Don’t even get in the line because you’ll just get stuck for an hour waiting in the same general spot in line. Just go somewhere else if you’re gonna order fast food. When the service isn’t painstakingly slow, the order is wrong.

3 times I have gone there and placed in order and not one of the three times was my order correct! And then I also took pictures of how horrible the meat looked when I got home with someone else’s order 2 times I have gone there to place my order inside… The service was great and my orders were correct and the chicken was perfect the wait time was just as long as it was the very first time I went there in the drive thru , and the second time. After calling them when I got home within 5 mins , the phone was busy . I called all the way up to the time they closed….no answer! I went up there the next day and spoke with the manager , she was pleasant and she did say that because I didn’t have all the food she could not replace the whole order due to the fact that I had some hungry man watching the game that night it didn’t really care from drinking! Me on the other hand had nothing because I refuse to eat any of this dried chicken! and that it was I should of open up a piece and let you all seen it .. but I was to upset about this order
