I ordered & said when I ordered I wanted Sweet Heat for my sauce with my tenders. The woman taking the order said nothing, then when I finally got my food after waiting 10 minutes I again asked for Sweet Heat Sauce & she says, “We don’t have Sweet Heat”….frankly I don’t like any of their other sauces and had she told me when I ordered I would have gone elsewhere. Poor customer service, it takes 2 seconds to say we don’t have that before you take my money.

The restaurant was very clean, the staff was busy, but very pleasant. Everyone seemed to be doing something and not just standing around. Food was hot and orders were perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better take out experience.

Mgr handled both counter and drive thru. Other four employees cooked chicken. No exaggeration, we waited twenty minutes before our order was even taken. The food was absolutely fantastic but clearly they were undermanned. I don’t know if it’s a failure to hire enough employees or scheduling or just piss poor management, but it really changed my feelings about wanting to go there again. It was a similar situation when I ate at Popeyes in Woodlawn. Almost identical circumstances. I’m starting to wonder if the regional manager is over that one as well. Because I’m starting to see a pattern here.

Where to start. The young lady with the long braids could not keep her hair out of the food boxes. (Tie it back. Put it up). Same lady dropped serving tongs on the floor. Picked them up and left them. She was SO slow packing orders someone came from the back. Guess what. That person used the dropped tongs to pack our order. We had a coupon “special” on the App. We were shorted both chicken and biscuits even though it was wrung up properly. The family that was FIVE orders in front of us were still waiting when we left. I’m sure short staffing and a Sunday rush was part of this but can’t we call get onboard that utensils that hit the ground should be WASHED and hair needs to stay away from food ? Never again

Why did I even bother going to this Popeyes. We were gonna get food but no one bothered to take our order at the register. I saw and understand that they were busy but you can’t be having people wait for so long just to order. Like WE WAITED 20 MINUTES AT THE REGISTER JUST TO ORDER UNTIL WE GOT INPATIENT AND LEFT. They were just IGNORING US. ONLY TAKING ORDERS FROM THE DRIVE THRU AND NEGLECTING THE PEOPLE INSIDE. YOU CAN’T RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. When someone wants to order, you MUST take their order IMMEDIATELY. Not just prepare people’s orders and not get the people waiting at the register to order. THIS WAS SO FUSTRATING.

I had to wait for my food that I ordered on the app. I arrived at 12:46 and order was supposed to be ready at 12:44. Lady said she hadn’t received my online order. I waited because my food was already paid for. Food wasn’t worth the 45 minutes wait. The lady was rude. When I finally got my food, I took it and left. Very disappointing.

Every time I go to the store it is not open per normal operating hours. There’s only a few Popeyes in the city so when I go 5 miles out of my way to get to one that should be open and it’s not it’s very upsetting please keep your your doors open during the time they should be open or change your hours

I haven’t had any issues with the Forest Park location it’s the one on Springfield pike that there’s always an issue. They want correct change or they do don’t have the promotional item or it takes too long. There seems to always be an issue
