Because I’m deaf, I normally order through the mobile app because it saves the hassle of writing everything down and sometimes the food service workers would misunderstand something or miss something that I wrote down. With that said, it was a long time since I last had Popeyes and we were in the area and saw this location. We thought it would be a great idea to get Popeyes to satiate our taste for some Southern Lovin’ chicken. I placed my order on the app and I thought because I ordered ahead, I’d be served first before everyone who came in after me. I thought wrong. 15 minutes later, I asked the lady handling the register about my order and she looked at my phone (I showed her my order) and then said something really fast that I couldn’t catch because I was looking around before looking at her and that’s when I caught her saying something as she walked away. I asked her politely to repeat herself and she yelled, “I HAVE TO MAKE IT!” I was like yikes, turned around and walked away. As I walked away, some customers saw what she did and heard what she said and looked at me with a puzzled look like, “What the heck is she doing?!” as if saying she should be more respectful and mindful, seeing that I placed my order 15 minutes ago. I kept an eye on the lady and while she was preparing whoever’s meal, she kept looking at two phones, one that probably belongs to Popeyes (the landline kind that you put and take out of the charging dock) and her personal smartphone. She was tapping and typing on it while making meals… Umm… She clearly don’t care for hygiene and sanitary. Well, 30 minutes later, our order finally were made and all of the customers after me got their food and left. It’s almost as if Popeyes is punishing me for using the mobile app to place an order over going through the normal process of ordering at the counter. Sorry, but I’m deaf and with other restaurants, it has normally been a smooth process for me until I came to Popeyes… Well, the food was not what I expected. I ordered 6 spicy tenders (so I can eat some now and save for later because like I said, it has been a long time so I wanted to savor the taste). The tenders weren’t even spicy at all and each tender was slim. I mean like beef jerky slim, not the chunky kind and I could only taste the bread but not the chicken as it was nearly invisible. Lady forgot my biscuits and sauces. The pop machine was giving out flat pop and I tried some options but none of the options tasted as close as pop can get so we were sipping the mysterious “pop” throughout our meal then chucked out the rest as soon as we were done. Popeyes sure have changed in terms of quality of food and quality of service. Makes me wonder if the Popeyes I used to frequent back in my hometown is like this, or better or worse? Suffice to say, I’d not bother going to this location again. I will still give a different Popeyes location a try but if the experience is the same, then I guess no more Popeyes for me.

I came through the drive-thru and ordered a five piece tenders meal and a strawberry lemonade. They asked if I wanted it Frozen or chilled which I responded I would like it Frozen. When I got up to the drive-thru window to pay I watched the woman behind the cashier making my lemonade with ice and the cashier informing me that she didn’t make it Frozen she made it chilled. And then handed me my drink as if it was okay to hand me the wrong item?! So essentially they told me they made my order wrong and then instead of changing it and giving me something that I ordered they just handed me the wrong item and wasn’t bothered by it one bit! Now I know why this particular location is known for their terrible service. You can’t just tell someone that an item that you ordered was made incorrectly and then hand them the incorrectly made order and think they’re going to be happy about it. If I was in a bad mood I probably would have cussed both of them out and ask for my money back. Perhaps next time when they screw up my order LOL!

Visited this Popeyes on Sunday about 1:00pm, had to wait 20 minutes to place our order with only one other person in front of us. Only 1 person filling counter orders, everybody else hustling the drive thru. 1 kid was wandering around not doing anything. The person filling counter orders didn’t have any gloves on, playing with her phone between orders and then handling food with her ungloved hands. Waited another 15 minutes for my order to come up and got it after the guy behind me had put in his order. When I got my order it was wrong. Employee acted like it was my fault and begrudgingly fixed my order, again without gloves… other than that, the chicken was fresh and hot, biscuits were fresh and hot and the beans and rice were good. Questionable if I will go back to this location…

Ordered a 8 pc got a 7 pc.ordered spicy got regular, ordered mashed potatoes and gravy but got mac n cheese.called to ask them about and they hung up on me.this place was great but isn’t anymore..if your gonna spend your hard earned money. don’t do it here .total fail.those stars I gave you are minus stars..

This generally the best location hence the 5 stars. Today is the only bad experience that why still getting 5 stars for overall experience. Today the biscuit I received was either moldy or dirty. All other food was and always has been perfect. Great customer service as well.
