First time visit to this location inside the TA Travel Center. Quick service, friendly employees, clean tables/booths. Nice little place to stop for a quick bite if you’re in the area. There’s also a Taco Bell at this location if that’s your thing.

I guess I shouldn’t expect much for a truck stop fast food place but really? Took them over 20 minutes to take my order with only one custom in front of me. The person making my order couldn’t multitask. They were poorly stocked in the front and every time the person at the front has a question about my simple order she asked the manager then asked me if I was okay with a substitute. Never going here again

Got a chicken sandwich here bun was kind of stale and crunchy. Overall Popeye’s are OK places. But Ta is really giving them a bad reputation..This is a ta owned Popeye’s. So beware because it probably will suck. So TA.

We stopped in 45 minutes before they closed. It was painfully obvious the employees wanted to to clean up and get out on time vs make or serve any food. I could maybe understand at 10-15 minutes before close, but 45? Just put the closed sign up if you don’t want to make anything.

I had the chicken breast fillet sandwich and it was the best. Even better than Chick-fil-A. Since it was that up truck stop because we’re on the road traveling the service and the atmosphere exactly what we expected.

Staff didn’t work well together, hot sauce & honey tray area dirty & stuck together. Lastly the sign on menu says coke and you end up getting Pepsi, take it off the menu at least.

I arrived 5 minutes early for my mobile order & watched it all sit out on the counter A good 15 minutes not being warmed. Then they sealed up the order and I had to open to check everything was there. It wasn’t. Utter chaos every time I go to this location. Several people on hand attempting to work but apparently clueless in how.

Classic Popeys chicken fresh out of the fryer. Chicken was on its game, mashed potatoes was on with the Cajun spice, and the red beans and rice was ok. Quick in and out the door for a fast food restaurant in a truck stop.
