Love their food and drinks but the service sucks. I ordered my food online at least 10 minutes prior to getting there and they said it would be a 7 minute wait. There was only myself and one other person waiting for food. I then ended up waiting in my car for 18 minutes. Not 7. Not 12. 18 minutes. I started to head inside to see them bringing my food out. When comments were made of the time I had to wait it wasn’t acknowledged. No let’s make it right or I’m sorry for your wait. I got a “have a nice day” as they walked off. This is at least the 3rd time this has been done to my family and I.

I used the restroom here and it ruined my experience. The door to the women’s restroom does not close all the way. I managed to force it shut, but then I couldn’t get out and I had to call my family for help. Not my family or the employee could seem to open the door for me. I managed to yank the door open, but it is unacceptable to have a bathroom in this condition. It makes me fearful for the next person who uses the bathroom and feels unsafe like I did. Corporate needs to fix this ASAP.

Tried to order on the drive thru. I was in line for 10 min, 6 cars drove off. They never greeted a single car. I pulled up to the window and asked if thier drive thru was working? The first girl acted like she didn’t speak English. The second was the manager on duty and she just shrugged her shoulders.

Stopped in to grab a quick lunch, and the other door opened up, and the lobby filled with young people. With the lobby full and one person on the register, they emptied the lobby in about 10 minutes. The food was fantastic and hot. I highly recommend it.

I went through the drive thru and I ordered a large Mac n cheese with 2 strawberry biscuits and we realized that they gave us a chicken sandwich and a regular Mac n cheese. I didn’t think much about it and I went back around to get it changed and when I got back they gave me 2 regular biscuits instead of my 2 strawberry biscuits!! Seemed rushed. Cole Slaw was “all cabbage core” and hard as a brick. Large hard white chunks. KFC knows coleslaw. Please fix this. Also, the manager took our two drink cups and set them down on the counter upside down! Not good! With the edge that you drink from dragged across the ordering counter picking up bacteria. What are you thinking. I don’t care to “lick” the counter. Fix this! Food was great and I was pleased with my 1st visit.
