Ordered online as I have some online only coupons, they told me that there would be a wait for the wings even though I ordered it and drove across town to pick it up. Fine at least they’re going to be fresh. I watch the associate bring out fresh wings and box them up, I get home and I see that they gave me 2 old chicken sandwiches that I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for. Of course I can’t reach anyone on the phone though.

This was my first time to popeyes and i was so bummed. The service was good no complaints about the worker. I felt for him honestly to have to tell us they had no menus due to the fact they had the bare minimum. The owners need to get food and a lot of TLC in that place or seriously consider closing up shop.

My first visit to Popeyes was a big disappointment. The menu screen in the drive through was broken. So I had to guess. I ended up ordering 4 dishes of boneless chicken strips – 2 regular, 2 spicy. I was asked to wait in the parking lot for the food. After 20 minutes I went inside to check on my order. I was told, “She’s making it right now,” as I watched a worker box-up chicken that was already sitting in the warmer. And it all came from the same bin, so there was no spicy vs. regular. Terrible waste of over $40. I’ll never go to Popeyes again.

They have pretty good chicken and the sides are good but the wait is real… yesterday It was the first time in a long time that I didn’t get stuck in the drive thru (when I say stuck I mean literally stuck) once to get in that line there’s no changing your mind. So I got out and went in and that cut my usual wait time in half

You can tell they got a group of new workers at this location because they’re actually putting forth a better effort to make sure customers are being taken care of in a timely manner and the food is pretty good.

The order took 40 mins to be finished and they complained while making it, i understand being understaffed and getting a somewhat large order is irritating but i wouldnt be rude to the custimer because of it. The food was NOT worth the wait or the cost. Old fries, cold chicken…id rather have McDonald than go to this location again.

It’s been 2 years since I’ve been here, tried it today and I am overly impressed and satisfied. I got the 2 piece spicy chicken meal with red beans and rice with a strawberry Fanta got to work and my food was hot like they just pulled it from the fryer. The chicken was so moist and seasoned and it was actually fried chicken without the breading. My biscuit was so warm and soft I didn’t even use the honey pack they put in the bag. I ate my entire meal and was very well satisfied with my food and even placing my order. My last review I gave only 2 stars but I had to comment on today’s visit and change that to 5 stars. I don’t if it’s because I came at 10:40 am when they first opened or if y’all have completely changed. Hopefully it stays this way with my next visit
