First the guy was very short and rude with us. Second we got our food and the 5 chicken strips that come in the meal only equalled out to be about 2.5 worth of strips. They were the size of my thumb. Tasted good but DID NOT fill me up. Third do they really put cumin in the mashed potatoes and gravy????….ewwwww. Fourth our biscuits tasted like strawberries….ewwwww

Things on the menu were not priced correctly so I felt like I was overcharged. The young lady came over the speaker saying that the prices are wrong there actually more than what they’re posting which is false advertising. There were six cars in line I was the third two cars in front of me took about seven minutes apiece to order food by the time I got to the speaker, I was told to hold on for exactly 9 minutes before anyone came back and even took my order. No one apologized and no one said thank you. Have a good day. Nothing the service sucked food old and cold cold. I hate it my experience there. I’ll go elsewhere. Customer service was horrible guy at the window gave me my bag didn’t even say thank you didn’t even give me my drink. I had to ask for it and then I proceeded to say thank you which I shouldn’t have to you supposed to see it first however, they need to get it together overall experience don’t go don’t waste your money.

Order was completely wrong, missing biscuit with 3 orders, fries with 2 of them, kids meals all missing applesauce, 5 desserts missing. How can you possibly screw up than much with one order. Food was cold, the Buns for the sandwiches were beyond soggy and the staff was absolutely the worst. Not only was the staff rude but 100% disrespectful when asked for them to correct the order. Long story short we left with out our full order because them kept blowing us off. Will NEVER go back

Food is fantastic but service depends on the day. Most times the workers are very nice but other times I’d just rather not go. Received spicy instead of my mild regular order once and they don’t organize the fries often, just poor it on everything else. Other than that I still go often. They also give you a lot of sauces unlike McDonald’s.

Good visit. Food was mostly hot and fresh. We did an order at the counter and one online. The counter order came up quickly. The online order, however, was forgotten. The sandwiches were made, but never packed and delivered.

No matter what I order it seems to have been sitting for hours. They never give you your sauces. Always forgetting sides. Too expensive to have this many issues with a single order. Got popcorn shrimp today and it’s literally just deep fried hard batter, there’s no shrimp in it?

The manager is one of those snapping neck talking smart for absolutely no reason people, (I am sure she did not do that to get the job thought, just to customers) maybe because she is mad at life I do not know. I was in the drive thru no cars behind me, none in front of me. So, because they changed the way that their menu was (how it looked) we were trying to figure out where what we normally order is even still on the menu, and if not we would just order something else. So, I guess we were too slow for the manager she got on the speaker and said in a very rude pop neck way. “is there something I can find for you” I said nobody is behind me, silence then I just pulled off. I called the store and the attitude manger answered the phone, I told her it is not what she said, but how she said it. She stated that POPEYS is on a timer, she lied not at that restaurant I have a relative that worked there so the manager not only have a bad attitude she lied. I asked her for the general manager phone number she said that she cannot give it to me. So, I called corporate and they are looking into it which the only thing that she did wrong is how hostile she was with her words. Oh, and rushing us to order. I am spending my money I can take as long as I want.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich online and came to pick it up over 5 cars where served while I waited outside on a hot day I turned My car off. came in and got the sandwich parked in the lot started eating and there was a sunglasses sticker in my food. it said ultraviolet polycarbonate and it was all jangled in my food I told the manager about it she seemed to have a I don’t care attitude saying no one here wears sunglasses. It got in with my food somehow and it makes me sick to my stomach, disgusting. Let alone to mention it’s a health code violation. I regret not taking a picture but she gave me another sandwich which I promptly checked and when I ordered the first sandwich I said no pickle but got pickle I’m not allergic but if i was that could be bad. But she took the sticker and threw it away I hope still kinda feel like puking.

Weirdest fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. We stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before our order was taken. I would have left but we were meeting family for a “quick” dinner. Restaurant seemed to be staffed properly and everyone was busy but most of the orders were going out the drive thru. Food was hot and fresh. The Manager who was running the register was not friendly or apologetic for the delay. Lobby was clean.
