I occasionally am a Grubhub delivery driver when my schedule allows me to. For some reason, I always have issues with Popeyes orders being cancelled or delayed, and this applies for the locations in Sioux Falls too. On my most recent visit to this Popeyes, I had to wait 30 minutes for 12 ghost wings and 2 boxes of fries. While there were only 4 people working, that should not be an excuse for that amount of wait. There was no form of management at this location, and from the looks of how dirty everything was, the workers were not trained on how to operate a clean restaurant. I recommend to avoid Popeyes locations if you want fast and effective service.

This place is a mess. Always a wait. The night management gentleman walks around with his shirt completely unbuttoned and a wife beater shirt under it. Very unprofessional. The staff just looks at you and ignores you. Very sad how this is allowed. This establishment needs help. Upper management needs to step in before it completely goes down.

I’ve ordered here four times. Once through doordash, once through my friend, and twice through the drive thru. THREE of those times they’ve “forgotten” half of my meal. I usually order two sandwich combos and wings. Each time they’re forgotten sides and one sandwhich. Door dash refunded me for their mistake when I ordered through them. The two times I went through drive thru and they forgot my food, I had to fight with the order taker. This last time I called the building directly and spoke to a manager. When I came to pick up the rest of my order, the order taker from before was incredibly rude, even though the first time I had come through I waited 25 minutes before they opened the window to tell me their “screens were down.” Why not say anything in the mean time? Why have an attitude with me about wanting the full order that I paid for? Not coming here again. Awful service, awful order fulfillment.

Love the staff and food I’m in there everyday multiple times a day but they never have enough staff working during peak hrs. As a former Store manager in food industry they need atleast 2 more working on peak times as well as they need to build up their food stock numbers prior to lunch should NEVER be out of any food going into your rush hours or during them!!!! Would have been rated much higher

Such a joke of an establishment. The wait time is beyond me. I could dine in a steakhouse and be served faster than I would wait in the line. The chicken is ALWAYS old and so greasy. Fries are ALWAYS half empty and I NEVER get my sauce with my strips! I cannot believe they are still in business!! I’m so sick of wasting my time and money here. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND EAT ELSEWHERE PEOPLE!!

We ordered not spicy chicken, was given an allspice chicken. We got asked if they could give us 1 spicy to replace what they didn’t have… fine. But not all should have been spicy!!!! Coleslaw has weird taste. Told staff they needed to change the c02 or dr.pepper and they didn’t change either. Not the best place and highly not reccomendable.

Went in to order some chicken and sides. Checked in at the window and the said it would be 20 minutes because it was gonna be fresh. Waited 20 minutes and nobody ever came out. After another 5u went inside and they didn’t even know i was waiting. Someone deleted the order and had to wait another 15 to get my order. Got to work and the breast was hard as a rock. The other pieces were fine. It’s only getting worse.

So, the food would have received 3 stars, maybe even 4, but over all, I don’t understand how this place stays in business, and an over all 1-2 stars is all I can give it. When it first opened, I tried it. I had the same problems I’m about to explain.
