Placed an online order thru their direct website. Instructions to pick up say utilize drive thru. Lady on the speaker said I had to drive around and come in. Got inside, not one customer.. the lady turns her back and ignores me and my kids on the hottest day of the summer. She insisted I was Door dash, but I was just a mom with her kids had already work my 9 hr day. I mentioned their customer service was poor and she refused to box up my order. Very unprofessional, staff doesn’t know what’s going on.

We love Popeyes chicken. It’s always perfect. Unfortunately they were out of legs and wings so we had to cancel our 24 piece order. I would have been fine with thighs and breasts, but the kids love their legs. I should have kept my half dozen of jalapeno peppers we ordered, but cancelled the entire order.

This store sucks. I know working in food can be terrible, but this store is full of people who truly do not care. The last time I ordered, it was an hour and a half before close… They refused to make my order and told me to leave. This time, they won’t even respond to the speaker. Seriously, this store needs to be purged of the idiot workers.

The last two times I came here they were out of the spicy chicken sandwich, this time they have it but they are out of the mango lemonade and I have been waiting for the past 15 minutes for these sandwiches they supposedly have. I’d go to a different Popeyes but there is not another close enough to me.

Wow. Rushed and rude. Couldn’t get an apple juice without a kids meal. No dipping sauce, no spoons. Tenders were cold. Yuck. Congealed cheese on four over cooked pieces of macaroni. My granddaughter nearly choked. Called in since we were already driving home with two hungry kids, we were told we could turn around, that’s the way their baked mac & cheese is (I’ve been going to Popeyes for more than ten years, never again) l….we could go back anytime in the next week for compensation for the mac & cheese. We live forty miles away. $30 wasted. Lesson learned. We won’t go there again.

It was terrible, after waiting 20 min. Got cold chicken and fries. The staff are very slow. And the manager was very rude. I will never go there again . People were waiting in line and Manger was in the lobby taking to here friends instead of helping.

I was not impressed with my take out experience here. It might have been a one off but I ordered online and tried to pick up through the drive through and told me to wrap around and enter in the store even though it was processed for the drive through. Required a bit of a wait to process the order even when ordered in advance.
