If I could leave a 0 star I would. It took them 10 minutes to take my order and another 10 to get my food, and on top of that I only have a half an hour lunch. I also had to yell for the employee in order for her to actually take my order. I got about 10 fries. Not Impressed. There were 3 people there and still took them that long to get a sandwich and fries out! Pathetic. They were all just standing around doing nothing. There was no reason why I had to wait 20 minutes in total for something that should’ve taken a total of no more than 10 minutes.

I have eaten at Popeyes since they opened and have always enjoyed the food, but this store is the most inconsistent place ever so that’s why it gets a 1 star. Sometimes it’s fast service sometimes it slow (even when it’s just me) sometimes the person taking my order is rude and rushing sometimes they’re slow and nice sometimes they have items I want and sometimes they don’t. I think this store needs some serious work on service but like I said some of they’re employees are nice. It has also happened to me twice where I pull to the speaker an hour or half an hour before close and no one answers and I wait but no one answers so I leave and as I look and see a dude just chillin doing nothin, happened to a friend once. I love the food but the establishment need to hire more people and train them better probably pay them better to based on most of their service.

May 15th I stopped at the Popeyes in Manitowoc and order a chicken nugget basket and and a tender basket. both combos. I also asked for a large mac and cheese. I got my food and they never gave me my mac and cheese. I let it slide because I was starving and wanted to get home. Today (May 18th) I went back to give them a second chance because i really want the mac and cheese. Today I ordered the same exact thing. The lady taking my order said they didn’t have any mac and cheese ready, so I said I would patiently wait. I pulled up to the window and paid. She never gave me my receipt and said pretty rudely, “You’re gonna have to pull ahead because I have to go and make your mac and cheese now. I still have other orders to take.” So I pulled forward leaving enough space for the cats behind me to pull out. I waited and then finally she brought out my food. She said with an attitude, “next time I tell you to pull forward, you better pull all the way forward.” and then she basically threw the bag at me. I once again ignored the horrible hospitality and drive home. As I was unpacking my meal i noticed she messed up multiple things. she gave me hot sauce instead of ketchup. She didn’t give me my biscuit that is included with the combos. She also didn’t give me any silverware. At that point I was just glad I had my mac and cheese. When I opened it up, it was all separated and runny. It was clearly not cooked/not cooked long enough. I was very disappointed and did not appreciate the disrespect from the employee. I will not be returning to them again.

The place is dirtier than a pig pen and the employees are rude and lazy. Last time I ordered I had a big fly sticking out of the side of my biscuit. The fly was face up in the box so there is no way the employee didn’t see it. Took around 20 min for a basic order and was given an attitude for checking my bag to make sure everything was there before I left. Will never be coming back.

My sister spent $75 for them to tell her a little while later that they had no chicken tenders. They gave her 2 biscuits instead of the 8 and no sauce. A rip off smh

Please upgrade your staff already and have someone with competence in charge of ordering supplies b/c you’re always out of stuff. Great food but for a long time the Manitowoc location suffers from very poor service.

I went through the drive thru and was told that I had to wait 7 min for the chicken tenders which was good because that means they were fresh. The food was good, but the sprite needed new syrup. I told the lady when she brought out our food but didn’t seem too worried about it
