One of the few fast food chains that I will go to. I swear that the spicy chicken used to be spicier, but it is still delicious. My biggest problem with this location is that if you get a two piece meal, you have to choose white meat or dark meat and can’t simply get an order with one of each. The last time that I was there, I got two 2-piece meals so it still would have been the same amount of each, but one order was spicy and one regular. So I had to choose white or dark for each order. Some locations have no problem doing the “one of each” per order but then there are a couple of locations like this one, that won’t.

Upon entering the restaurant, I immediately saw a young child no older than 10 years old behind the counter. They were dressed in street clothes and open-toed shoes, walking around unsupervised while touching surfaces and equipment. The other employees were unbothered by the child‘s presence and even spoke with the child telling it to move out of the way.

Service was strange, the person taking the order kept repeating himself and was tough to follow what he was saying. The chicken was good, not as warm as I’d have liked. Mash potatoes and gravy tasted fine and the biscuit was good.

Today via drive through I ordered my normal Family meal 8pcs which I know come mixed with different part of chicken, I paid at the window okay as I was waiting for my order a different guy come to the window and hurried asked if I wanted breast I couldn’t understand him clearly only to say yes since I knew it’s part of package only to go home and find they substituted my 2leg & 2thigh for wings & breast only! ! Seriously, which shenanigans is this ? Customers knows what they are ordering and they expect exact order! Cashier never said they were out of anything, So, this manipulation at window! I mean, if the store is trying to get rid of extra/ market a different product don’t try with customer order. The store can do better cz it’s like manipulative tactic the staff did today!

This Popeyes Has to be one of the worst Popeyes in the city. Either they need to come through and change their entire staff team or just go ahead and close this one down. The customer service sucks, they are rude. I went there tonight around 8 PM. they made a mistake on my order, and had a nervous enough to be mad at me for wanting my order, right?
