This place could be so much better; I’ve been to other popeyes in the city, this location really takes the cake for the laziest. I used to come here to get lunch during my work breaks but ended up spending more than half my break time just waiting for a mobile order, until I realized that they skipped over it.. they apparently didn’t have the butterfly shrimp I ordered on mobile. It wasn’t until recently finding out that they just don’t do mobile orders anymore which is so disappointing; I loved using my rewards to save a few dollars, but now there doesn’t feel like a reason to come here. Let’s talk about the food itself; it tastes… off. Like it hasn’t been cooked all the way, or like it’s stale, flavorless. I am better off ordering from other food joints in the mall before work. I wish the staff could do a little better and stop forgetting sauce, napkins and the whole drink.
