The customer service at this location is aweful. They need to be more friendly. We went to the drive through and ordered, questioned the customer service as ordered then when we get to the window with a Popeyes gift card the guy hands it back and says no we don’t accept those. Where does it say they do not accept gift cards they are a large chain? Also St. Cloud is opening other chicken restaurants raising canes, slim chicken, chick fil a. I really like Popeyes chicken sandwich but their service is not good so we will not be going back. Also, what am I supposed to do with this gift card now? Here’s another thought, if they are selling gift cards there and don’t accept them that sounds like a scam to me!

You absolutely can not beat a Popeyes chicken sandwich. They are, by far, better than any fried chicken sandwich any other place has to offer. With that being said, this location is always a quick in and out for me. Always fresh and hot, and correct! Good staff and great customer service.

Waited at the counter for seven minutes while they took orders from the drive thru and filled the orders. When they finally took our order we were told we would have to wait 8 minutes for chicken. If they had taken our order in order, we would have gotten our food instead of having to wait. While we were waiting, he went back to drive thru. Another couple came in, got tired of waiting and walked out.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender with mac and cheese and a frozen strawberry lemonade. The mac and cheese was disgusting. There had to be at least 1 table spoon of grease in it. The cheese was a gross coagulation. The frozen lemonade was not frozen the consistency of the drink made me think of a frozen drink that was left to melt for am hour. The chicken tenders were okay. I will not be giving Popeyes another chance. Not worth my money.

Let me start by saying that our journey through the Popeyes drive-thru was an adventure filled with unexpected flavors, and unfortunately, some spicy encounters. The enigmatic drive-through attendant, who seemed to be embracing an air of mystery by forgoing the use of a name tag, certainly added an element of intrigue to our visit.

This place is definitely not worth your money or time. Terrible service terrible food. I had mac & cheese. It was mushy cold and you could tell it was leftover that was in there for probably the entire day. Really really disappointed.

We got Popeyes from this location last night. Our family (2 adults 2 young kids) are all sick. Our youngest is nonstop vomiting chunks of fries. The food tasted bad, undercooked, and old. Do NOT recommend. Stay away!!!

Absolutely do not Door Dash for this Popeyes. The order will be totally wrong, and good luck getting it fixed before you are late for your delivery! Popeyes in general is OK, but lets just say a more diverse workforce would help with common languages.
