Do NOT go there. The service sucked. The food sucked. It’s dirty if you go inside. Imagine what the back looks like. The chicken is completely dried up and taste disgusting. The food wasn’t even warm. I asked for mild and received spicy. I know, it’s hard for kids to be able to read these days. Save your money and support a local business. This has been multiple times I have tried this place. Just don’t go. I’d rather starve than to eat this hideous food. It’s ran by teen idiots, yes, I am mad. I couldn’t spent the $15 on pizza, amazing burger.

On several occasions I have been shorted product I paid for I catch it sometimes if I sort through the bag item by item. Ridiculous that I spend $40 and need to spend my time making sure your employees don’t screw up. Moreover, you order takers have such thick accents and speak so fast and so close to the Mike that they are unintelligible then you can’t break large bills when you charge 40 dollars for a small order. Last visit for me.

My chicken was good but the Mac and Cheese was not. My sister ordered 2 regular Mac and Cheese sides. There was so much cheese and barely any macaroni. We were able to fill one of the containers it came with, with just blobs of cheese. 🙁

I went here last night to get something quick to eat so my partner and I went to the drive thru. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiche meals with no drinks…. Well when we got to the window we decides we wanted drinks so we told them to do full meal instead the worker didn’t really want to do it. I decided to not go through with it either … anyways they gave us our food and the bread was hard! It was nasty. Never coming back these people aren’t doing their jobs correctly.

live close so my family comes kinda often I work in food service so i UNDERSTAND. but definitely like the worst costumer service. mid food half the time they mess up your order. will charge you for TWO sauces on a FAMILY meal just overall lazy. will close a whole hr before time on site. and im not even saying this as like being a karen im 18 but save your money fr or go to another one nearby

If you want to get the wrong takeout order, just like the Popeyes at 45 N Northwest Hwy, Palatine, this is the location for you. It’s a shame, because I like Popeyes’ product. But if I can’t trust these locations to provide me with consistent accurate orders, then I refuse to return.
