Not sure how this place has a three-star review seems very high. The worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to my entire life. I’ve lived in this town five years have never even been able to order food there. More than once they were out of chicken? How the hell is a chicken place open and you don’t have chicken? Other times you go there the line is a 5-minute wait before you’ve even ordered smh

These guys know what they’re doing. Both the cook and the drive thru dude are what makes this a 5 star Popeyes. Most Popeyes don’t taste like Popeyes but they got it right and I hope management knows that they have two winners here that make sure this place runs smoothly. Drive thru is a pleasure due to the great outgoing attitude of the worker there (Male). Had to tip em!

Shanta hospitality is highly professional. When things are slow in the drive thru and food not getting pushed out fast enough she goes above and beyond to ensure customers like myself keep coming back just by being verbally professional at all times. Upper management please do a better job on hiring employees. If help is needed get help and don’t have one person overwhelmed to do all the work. Best advise period.

The midlothian, IL location is horrible. Every time we try to order through door dash we wait two hours then they cancel our order and say they are out of chicken. For as often as they say they are out of chicken you would think they would stock up. After all, they sell chicken. I highly recommend the Markham location instead. They are always friendly and know how to manage their store.

Went specifically to this location because they usually have the best chicken sandwiches but today when I went they were completely out of the chicken they use for it. This is not the first time it happened but once before. And I specifically went to this one but it takes 10-15 minutes just to get to the restaurant and that doesn’t include waiting in line which we did for 10 minutes only to be told there was no chicken for the chicken sandwiches. And luckily there was another location just down the street but I should not have to got somewhere else because they don’t have one of their most popular item. And the restaurant have no notice of being out of the chicken used for it.

This place needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Poor girl tonight was working by herself. No one was answering the drive thru when you pulled up . Had to drive to the window to even know what’s going on. The girl comes out to say she’s on her own. Like really. Poor girl. Isn’t her fault. Where’s the manager to step up and help here.

This location is atrocious. There’s always a long wait time to get simple orders. The last time visiting they were out of all basic menu items and just had spicy chicken, mashed potatoes and fries.
