No diversity, this is Popeyes and no one speaks fluent English. I spent 15 dollars on something I didn’t want because they didn’t understand no I didn’t want this. He(maybe the manager) kept giving me back the SAME EXACT thing I told him I DID NOT WANT. Out of frustration I just said whatever, took it and left. It baffles me that diversity does not matter in the work place I guess only Hispanics eat at Popeyes. Literally gave me a cup full of syrup, diabetes in a cup he didn’t understand “NO JUST GIVE ME LEMONADE”

Is there any management at this location anymore? It’s gone downhill QUICK. I was the only person in line and the dining room was empty but, I waited at the speaker for nearly 5 mins. As I drove up to the window 3 teenage kids looking super confused about working opened the window. I asked if the speaker was broken, no answer but the head teen took my order (in a very agitated manor) as her and the others laughed and spoke in Spanish to eachother…. (I know little but, not enough to get what they were saying) The sauce I asked for was then almost handed to me by the lead joking guy who could not use the cash register at all. I assume he then realized it wouldn’t be a great idea to play too much and put them in the bag. None of the sauces were what I asked for so I asked the for the correct ones and again asked if the speaker was broken at that point she mustered up a sorry. I get that everyone is hurting for employees but, who is the manager at night????? I only gave a star because I had to. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn’t even bother getting anything else.

How hard is it to hand out chicken. Will not go back. Was in a hurry and didn’t check my order. Asked for 3 dinners all white and got chicken sandwiches. That’s not what I ordered. 3 girls at the drive in window just having a good old time. Manager wasn’t even paying attention

Order the shrimp combo.I never leave reviews but this is the WORST Popeyes EVER not only do they have RUDE employees the shrimp was sooooo hard i did not even bother putting it in my mouth even the shrimp it’s self was hard . And not only that there was a worker there just picking at her hair all around the main food that was under the light . Also order 8 pc family meal biscuits are fine chicken was a little over cooked but not as bad as the shrimp Waste of $40

The chicken is very tiny and dry. Hardly any chicken on the bone and no flavor. Smells amazing though which throws you off. The mashed potatoes and pies are chefs kiss.

Never got to order food. The girl behind the counter walked away from us when it became our turn. When we first arrived there was an annoying guy who didn’t work there, standing in the doorway behind the counter talking to the girl who was working the register. Trying ro talk to everyone there but only she gave him any attention. Must have been a past employee cause he want to work weekends if they need help. They were out of a lot of stuff including mild tenders which my son gets all the time. Was there at least once a week, won’t go back!

Drove in at 7:30 when business closes at 10pm and they told me that they’re out of “mild” chicken for tenders… so then I ask for chicken legs or wings and they claim they only have spicy everything. This needs to be addressed immediately that’s bad management preparation.

The worst fast food location I have ever been to. Constantly understaffed to the point they can’t open the dining room so that even if you order ahead you have to wait in the drive through line which moves glacial slow (again, understaffed.) Last time they were out of an item (fish sandwich) prominently advertised. Time before that the dining room was actually open, but my order ahead order hadn’t been started. Saw 1 employee vape while working.

Terrible. Didn’t get a receipt in our drive thru order. Got home to find a big box of random bone in chicken instead of the tenders we ordered. SUPER IRRITATING. Tried to call them and no one answers. Furious.
