Worst drive through experience ever. I even came back to see if it got better and it was worse. Take forever to even acknowledge you and I found it so hard to understand the person taking my order. I was about to leave but someone else helped. It took forever to get my order. When you’re paying, you can see there’s total chaos in the kitchen. They don’t even say thank you and they usually forget something. Expect a long wait. Also, don’t bother with the popcorn shrimp. Their big shrimp are good but not the popcorn. Awful.

OMG this chicken looks so gross and I went through the drive through. This is the worst chicken I have seen in my sixty years of living. I am returning tomorrow with my receipt. Ain’t no way in heaven they are selling chicken like this. Non eatable, disgusting. The only advice I have is to cook your chicken at home after this experience. This is not right.

I’ve been coming to this Popeye’s for years since it was first built in 1993 and worked here while in high school, but with these new owners, I’ve come only twice. Since 1993, old owners and management allowed dark meat only with coupons and were always flexible and accommodating. First time with these new owners, they said no substitutions/special requests with coupons. I asked if this was something new and they said yes. I asked why because I was confused and lady had broken English and I never saw her here before so I assumed she was new here and maybe didn’t know they allowed this. I asked for a manager because this was never an issue and she said our family are new owners and not accepting special requests with coupons, so I left. My family really wanted Popeyes another time, so I came and asked about dark meat again and they said the same thing as previously so I just took the coupon order for family meal as it came, but with kids that don’t eat white meat it was a waste and the chicken didn’t taste the same as usual. I never order anything more than the chicken meal, but the shrimp meal looked so good on the menu so I asked for the 1/4 lb shrimp meal for $8 too. Omg! I was appalled at the tiny salad sized shrimp. This meal is basically $1 per shrimp !?! This is sad to be considered a meal. I never went back after this and don’t plan on eating at this restaurant under its new ownership. They have a lot of work to do and after reading the reviews, I see I’m not the only one that’s noticed a difference here in the quality of service and food.

The food was a little better than ok. The coleslaw was warm! The chicken was seasoned and really warm – not hot! The biscuits were dry but not dried out. The service is deplorable! I couldn’t understand the lady’s English and bad attitude so I left the drive thru and went inside (I didn’t reciprocate her bad attitude). I was there a good 7 minutes before anybody took my order and I was the only person in line! I haven’t been here in a couple years because the food wasn’t seasoned properly; now I won’t go back because of poor service. They don’t realize people don’t have to spend their hard earned money with them! & I do believe warm coleslaw is a health violation!

Not great, won’t be back. Old chicken, stale breading, they served us spicy chicken instead of the blackened chicken we ordered, no carbonation in the soda machines so we redirected to tea, no ice for our beverage but they did get some for us. It’s 9:27pm and they close at 10pm so maybe that’s why, but either way we don’t plan to come back to find out. Everyone was polite.

Order ahead still had to wait 30 mins in drive through line. Got to the window they told me that they gave my order out to someone already. So I asked them to remake it because I did not get my food and actually had to convince them to remake it. Horrible service, usually when a company messed up they try and fix it rather than just saying oh well. Food was dry and I ordered 12 nuggets and they gave me 6. This location sucks !!! Always seems to have problems and horrible wait times

First the chicken was pleasantly find, could have been a little more spicy and warmer… My 3 star is the disappointment for me was the biscuits and coleslaw, I have NEVER, got biscuits from Popeye that was as hard as these 2 biscuits were. Popeye is known for their chicken and biscuits but these biscuits are so hard you may break a tooth or 2.

We’ve been going here 1-2 x a week for spicy chicken breasts. The guys here are nice. We like the spicy chicken. However , we noticed that the chicken has been getting too spicy, and the breading is too thick and dry it’s somewhat over-cooked.

The worker didn’t give me a receipt or my change from my order back. She told me to pull up and wait for my food. Right away I realized she didn’t give me the receipt or change back. I went inside and told them and they told me I was wrong I did get a receipt. She printed off a receipt and handed me that which said duplicate on it. I triple checked my car and purse and I was never given it or the change. The woman working drive thru window is clearly scamming and I noticed immediately. I can’t be the first person this has happened to. Also the other young man working behind the counter was so rude and said she gave the receipt. I’m calling headquarters because this must happen often. If she needed $8 she could’ve asked me and I would give it to her. It’s the principal and them both telling me I was in the wrong when she knew I wasn’t.
