I place a order through Uber Eatz and when I I received my order I was missing 1/2 my items . I ordered the surf and turf with was supposed come with 4 pc butterfly shrimp , 2piece chicken tenders w/ fries and did not receive the shrimp or any of the 3 sauces I ordered . The staff at this location need to take there time and pay attention they are packing the complete order . This is not Uber Eatz fault it the Popeyes fault. I will not place a order from this location ever again.

This place is a rip off . I ordered spicy 5 piece tenders and they cut corners by serving me left over fried skin from their regular chicken . Do not order from them they don’t even allow a refund , person was rude and said they were manager but I doubt it . Oh and they never gave me the biscuit either .

It’s 2023, I can only assume it’s bad management or ownership is the only reason why at 12pm on a Monday that the dine in area is closed. If the owner can’t figure out to keep the restaurant staffed without the pandemic excuse I can only assume they have problems running other parts of the business.

I used to love coming here with my family or friends. We even came out to try their new spicy chicken sandwich. It was hot and fresh, but that was about it. The chicken had no flavor or kick to it. The prices have also gotten ridiculous these days.

I will never go back to this place again. I paid around $32 for the 14 peice family meal and all I received is a box full of drum sticks and legs! I could have went to Walmart and got a bag of drumsticks and legs if that’s the case. When I called, the lady told me that the meal should come with 3 breast and 4 thighs and I told her that it did not even have that. In mid conversation she became quiet and the phone hung up. What a waste of time and hard earned money. I used to always come here but no worries I won’t ever waste my time again buyers beware! Your order may be incorrect! You may have a worker hang up on you and your stuck spending money on what you don’t want. BUYER BEWARE!

Poor customer service, not opened during scheduled hours, food is substandard, stops making chicken at 9 p.m. even though they close at 10 p.m. After 2 visits, I will never return. Better locations: Lisle or Romeoville.
