The food is almost always burnt. They rob you on red beans and rife 7.00 for a container that is “large” when in 2022 that was a small. The few times that the food isn’t burnt it’s only the chicken sandwich. Wouldn’t recommend till they standardize not burning stuff and hydrating it when cooking to prevent burning. As well as fixing portion sizes on sides especially the red beans and rice

You’re a fast food chicken place, I think you’ve forgotten that. Most the time it’s amazing if the order is correct and even more so if the food is 100 edible. What makes your fountain drink any more special than the 99 cent polar pop 20 steps from your drive thru window? $4 for a small beverage? $39 for a 12 piece tender with one side and 4 dried out biscuits? Fast food is supposed to be a cheap/easy option, and you’re trying to price yourself higher than options at a sit down full service restaurant, sounds like a hail mary before you close here… again.

Lady taking orders at the drive thru tonight was rude from the beginning to end of our order I can over look that most of the time but I have gestational diabetes so I ordered the blacked chicken sandwich since I’m very restricted on what I can eat didn’t think to look at my sandwich as I had just assumed my order was right get home and it’s a crispy chicken sandwich which I shouldn’t be eating. Rude service and wrong order I doubt I’ll be returning.

The food was ok. For the amount we spent, the food could have been better. I got the shrimp toolbox, didn’t look like the picture and they forgot the shrimp cocktail sauce. Our server was awesome though.

The drive-through service was not bad today compared to other days. For the life of me, why are there such great inconsistencies in their red beans and rice. It used to be my favorite food at Popeyes. I had it runny, dry, thick, and today, it was more rice than beans. I may simply have to write off Popeyes going forward.

Horrible service- we waited over 45 minutes for a drive through order that was 2 meals. We ended up having to go inside where they asked what my order was.. every person inside was given their food before ours.. then we didn’t get the right size of mashed potatoes and NONE of the food was fresh . Used to be a good Popeyes but must be under new management, don’t waste your time or money.
