And no….this is not a half eaten meal. Although it appears I have started eating this…..this is exactly how they served it to us. Quite possibly the worst meal I’ve ever paid for. Horrendous service and apparently they are closed at 7:45 pm after messing up the order and charging $17 for a ‘what I would hardly call 8’ tenders meal with an individual side!!!This is 5 minutes after ordering and what business closes at that random time when the door says 10 and the website says 11? I won’t even eat this because if this is how the employees serve the food I would hate to see what is going on in the kitchen. I’m quite sure cleanliness is not a priority. Service certainly isn’t. I don’t understand how this place is still open.

Stopped by today and was helped by a young woman who seemed to be the only associate there; lobby was locked. I went through the drive thru but pulled up to the window to order. She took my order everything was good. Praying that things change and the business can run like it’s supposed too fully staffed and fully operated.

Last time I went to the market street location there was a group of employees hanging out in the parking lot, maybe 5 people. They were all adults, not teenage kids, which seemed odd to me. When I drove through the empty parking lot towards the drive thru they all kind of glared at us. We pulled up to the part where you order and what sounded like an elderly women gruffy greeted us in a way that seem like she was irritated and like we were bothering her. I went ahead and asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos and she told me that they were out of chicken. At that point I was weirded out by the whole situation and thanked her before driving off. I will never go back.

I called corporate and told them they NEED TO SEND SOMEONE TO EVALUATE THIS LOCATION. This was the worst experience of my life!!!! The laziest most awful employees, slow, the place was filthy. I own a small business and this was a disgrace. I just want the owner to know how absolutely terrible his staff is. These humans literally don’t deserve the minimum wage they are being paid. I love Popeyes chicken but this place needs to be looked into on all levels! Stay away!!!!

took forever to take our order then didn’t have many items on the menu, but didn’t explain this and each time i would attempt to order one she would say “i told you we don’t have things” and rushed me after i sat and waited for her to help us for multiple minutes. no receipt given or asked about. no sizing asked for items, just replace the lady running the drive thru and y’all will be fine, she’s a disgrace.

Awful experience at this Popeyes location. Terribly slow service through the drive thru (>15 min wait and not busy), bland food, and poor customer service. Paid with cash, given my food, and the cashier just turned around. I asked for my change and she rolled her eyes, then didn’t speak the rest of the transaction – very unprofessional and rude.

I’ve picked up doordash orders twice from here. Both times, they had not even started the orders by the time I got there, and both they ignored customers trying to order and were very rude about it. They clearly don’t want to be there… there wasn’t even a cook when I first got here. It’s longe longer than expected both times I’ve been, needless to say I will not be coming back.

Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever had! Slow, asked for honey didn’t get it, pop machine was flat. We got our food, threw out our sodas and went next door to Culver’s where the employees actually cared and had customer service training. If you are the manager here you need to retrain or take a serious look at your employees! Windex for the door windows also desperately needed. Lazy staff!

The place was very dirty and they were out of almost everything. Fountain machine not put together and broken. Lemonade machine on counter had mold, display in lobby dirty, no napkins or condiments, very under staffed.

Unprofessional customer service! Not to take away from all of the employees, but the majority of them are rude, and act as if they’re inexperienced when it comes to working a job. I’m never properly greeted at the drive-thru speaker. I’m either told to “wait” or “go ahead order” in a rude demanding manner.
