I’ve visited my share of Popeyes locations, including the one now closed, in my city, & this was one of the best I’ve been to thus far. I was waited on by a young lady named Taylor. She was incredibly sweet, fast, and bubbly. I don’t think young people in the ff business get enough recognition unless it’s someone complaining. I feel it’s as important to recognize stellar service in ALL occupational fields, and Taylor deserves it. Kudos, in fact, to the entire staff on my 7/23/23 afternoon visit. The food was delicious, and the service exceptional.

Stopped by on my way home from work last evening. Usually the food ain’t bad. This time it was different. I didn’t check out the food till I got home. I could have used the biscuits to break up the concrete floor in my garage. Even using a microwave was no help. The chicken had very little meat on it and was as dry as the surface of the moon. Even the mashed potatoes was pathetic. I should have contacted the county food inspector. Establishment has no business selling food to thr general public.

We went too Popeyes tonight .our chicken was burned the taste was horrible.. I had my receipt ..what time did you get the chicken..I said it don’t matter look at the receipt, well you will have too come back tomorrow.i said that’s our dinner .so they gave us new chicken the taste was horrible it sure wasn’t Popeyes. Chicken chicken was still burned the rolls you could of thrown against the wall ..Horrible they are probably not changing the oil . Was gross..the manager needs too look into this matter.,Horrible no wonder why there was no lines .one man waited one Hr.too get his food you can’t go inside they lock the doors. Terrible.. I told the other man check your chicken ours was burned..didn’t taste good at all…

The Wabash location was messy and not clean. When we arrived we were not greeted. There was one other person ahead of us and it was not busy. The manager just looked at us and turned back around. When we asked a couple of questions, all she did was nod or shake her head. Her communication skills were basically non existent. When I told her there were no napkins and could she please get some for us, she said something that was a mumble and another employee tore off a few sheets from a paper towel roll and handed them to us.

I want to shout out this team. They stayed calm, professional, and friendly even with an angry customer who had been waiting for her order. They kept it moving and kept the rest of us engaged and gave us timelines when food would be up. The MOD never stopped moving. Great experience even with the wait.

My friend and I were rushing to get something to eat so we went here because it was only 5 minutes away from our hotel. Ordering was quick but service was horrendous. We had to wait 20-30 minutes just for our 5-piece combo meals. Extremely slow and unprofessional

I will never go to this place again. I ordered through drive through and I couldn’t hear what she was saying like she was mumbling. Then she said one amount and when time to pay it was 11 dollars higher. the drive through lady had napkin in her ear and she was eating cheetos..also food took long so we had to pullover when we got it the manager tossed it through the window and said hear you go..Popeyes on wabash has just deteriorated.

The employees are rude and very unprofessional. The wait time is ridiculous, even if you order line, be prepared to wait almost two hours. They had six employees working so they weren’t terribly short staffed. The girl who works the drive through, she has no business working with people. Who leaves the drive through to go get on her phone and face time, she sure did! She messed up four orders while I was there waiting for an order. The customers had to get out of there car and come in to get their orders corrected. They never apologized or said anything. The worst service I’ve ever had. After the rude kid working the register told me my son gets no drink with his kids meal, he can drink the applesauce, I’ll never go back. Lazy employees at it’s finest!

Order food went to sit down and there was not one clean table in the restaurant. No napkins in the holders. Drink station covered in sticky pop. Manager came out on request to wipe a table now and wiped all of the crumbs onto the seats where they stayed. Wiped every table down with the same cloth not rinsing in between. Unbelievable.
