Went through the drive-thru and sat at the box for about 5 minutes until I hear the phrase “What do you want”, I explained I had a mobile order and I drove to the window. She proceeded to ask me if I had a doordash pickup, which I did not, she told me to pull forward. I wait another 5 minutes for my food to come home and see this absolutely disrespectful 3 dollar mac n cheese in my bag. I guess this is the standard for service at a newer location.

First time customer at this location as i live in St Peters… terrible customer service. Your just told to pull forward and wait. No please, no thank yous… my chicken sandwich was served without pickles. No napkins in the to go bag and the fruit punch tasted watered down. Out if the 4 desserts that were on the menu, they only had 1. How are u running out of food and not ordering more to make sure you have it for your customers? Wasnt worth the money spent to eat here. Plenty of other options in the sane area to get food at. No wonder why yall have a 3 out of 5 stars with over 600 reviews….

The cashier was not polite, she wasn’t dressed modest for a head cashier, didn’t have green beans. No Cole slaw, no sugar or sweetener for ice tea. , the Mac and cheese was dried up , no soft drinks in machines, they were talking loud. We will not go there again. ,

WORST POPEYES EVER!! i ordered ahead of time through the app, and when i go to get my food they tell me half of my order was sold to the drive thru ppl ahead of me. i don’t understand how i ordered over 15 mins before going to the store and the last of what i ordered was given to the car in front of me. then the lady at the window makes me wait at the front for over 10 mins to ask if i want spicy tenders or spicy chicken to make up for the food, i say i want the tenders then she comes back to say they don’t even have tenders ?!!! so i didn’t have a choice in what i was going to get and had to get the spicy chicken.

Hands down, worst Popeye’s I’ve ever been to. Got our orders wrong (they gave me fries instead of cole slaw I ordered, and spicy tenders instead of Original), cashier was ruuuuude, chicken sandwiches were drowned in mayonnaise (seriously, 4-5 times as much as usual, to the point of gross) and had no pickles, floor was greasy slick, the employees were yelling at each other when they weren’t flirting with one of the customers. Least professional service I’ve seen outside of a YouTube video. Avoid at all costs.

Quite possibly the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been too! And it’s brand new! Waited 10 mins just ordering food, then another 15 in line. Just for them to come out and tell me they started cleaning the fryer and they can’t cook anything else. They also told me that they had no sides left after I made my order and didn’t plan on making any more at 845 or tell me as I ordered. They close at 10. Proceeded to offer me red beans and rice as a replacement which i declined. I wait another 10 min and they bring out the most burnt chicken I’ve ever had and didnt even give me my sauce. I threw it away it was so gross. Waste of a location. Shame on managers letting it get like this.
