Been reading the reviews while in line for 20 mins. inside. I guess due to the bad reviews about the drive through it now takes more priority plus door dash than people waiting in line. An individual asked why we were waiting for such a long time and said individual was yelled at by the floor manager stating that she was doing multiple things at the same time. So either you go inside or go through the drive through its gonna be a long wait either way. Who knew that trying to get a sandwich would take 45 minutes to get.

Went there for lunch, ended up leaving after waiting 15+ mins just for someone to take our order. There were about 4 people in front of me and 10 behind me. The staff (10+) said nothing to us as we all just stood there watching them run around. I spoke up after 15 mins and the manager basically confirmed that doordash was priority and we just had to wait until they caught up. The screen was full (8+) orders, so we left. They need to be retrained and the owner needs to get his priorities straight.

Probably the worst “fast food” place when it comes to service. I’m not sure if it’s being managed by a middle schooler or what. Pretty sure 40 minutes in the drive-through is excessive. Order was even wrong, so well worth the wait and money.

I love the food. Particularly the spicy fried chicken (white and dark) and the ‘platter’ menu selection that has two sides instead of one. The red beans and rice is a drug to me and the mashed potatoes with gravy is always just right in thickness and taste. My other favorites are the spicy chicken sandwich, popcorn shrimp, the biscuits with a side of honey, and lastly the apple cinnamon pie.

One of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I tried to order a chicken sandwich and they said they “are out of patties for the rest of the night.” I tried to order chicken tenders and they said they only have spicy unless I want to wait “a while.” I tried to order an apple pie and they were out of those also. Then they only give me 2 sauces and tell me they have to charge me for another. Their customer service is garbage.

It took 35 minutes to get my oder. If i didn’t go to the counter to complain I would still be there. There were 5 cars in drive they all came an gone and still waiting on my order. The people in side were focused on the drive through instead of the customers inside. Sad thing was a man was there before I got there an I got my order about 5 minutes after him. They need workers to work on drive threw and different ones working inside.
