Horrible service: I stood at the counter for 5 mins before someone took my order. Ordered got my cup, sat and waited 15 minutes. Only after another customer got their food did they realize they had forgotten me. My food was on the take out shelf. They handed it to me and said sorry. I was left with cold food, no offer to replace, or refund or anything just ignored.

Three cars in drive-thru and took 20 minutes to get my food. After the wait and driving away I pulled my food out and they gave me a 2 piece meal instead of the sandwich. Worst Popeyes I have been to.

I am a delivery driver every time we go to that store it is a 10 to 15 minute wait, every single time during lunch they do not have enough chicken prepared. A customer that was there was real upset it took her 15 minutes to get her order it took me 16 minutes for them to make the order for me to pick up it cost me money. I know several delivery drivers that have complained to their company about having to pick up orders from this establishment. I will never pick up an order from this establishment again I will always turn it down

I don’t recommend trying to eat here if you’re really hungry, or in a hurry at all. Ordered my food at the drive through, was asked to move forward as soon as I paid, only one car was behind me. Sat for nearly thirty minutes. The person behind me had left, the parking lot was empty and we sat in the hot sun and waited. Finally sent my husband in for a refund. He was met by the “manager” who started giving excuses if we only have one cook, blah blah. They had FOUR people on staff there, an empty parking lot, an EMPTY lobby, “manager” and three employees were off elsewhere and could be heard laughing and stuff and they made us sit for thirty minutes. We will never go there again. That was dumb.

I have never gone here and they got my order correct. Last time I went i orderd red beans and rice and they didn’t give me a spoon. Being a fat kid, that sucked. Had to use my lid to scoop it out and slurp it. Of course I’ll be going back, love me some Popeyes.

Over a 20 minute wait for two two piece dinner combos. Cars drove off, they got tired of waiting. Chicken was tough and biscuit had a rancid butter taste ewww. Coleslaw was also tough and had no flavor. So we paid $25.75 for a worthless dinner. I’m giving two stars for the ice tea.

Nixa location is terrible the service is not good food is ok but cold the minute you take it out of the bag. I was very disappointed one time I had ordered the strawberry biscuits , and when I had got home they were not in the bag so I called up there. The manager told me do you have your receipt cuz I can’t help you unless you do that would have been all fine and good but I wasn’t given a receipt.
