People were pushed through the drive through line and told to wait out in the parking lot for their food. Multiple cars were waiting and very upset. Many people started going inside after waiting so long… and one customer even backed back into the drive through. The associate was yelling at the customer while the manager was telling the associate to stop. We finally got our food and were disappointed to see our full platter meal had what appeared to be a KIDS size thing of fries and mac&cheese!

Has to wait for fresh but I didn’t realize it would take so long. The manager lady was awesome!!! I ask of my order and told her I just noticed I had a head light out and she told her staff to hustle she didn’t need her customer getting a ticket. I managed to make it home with a hot fresh order and NO TICKET FOR MY HEADLIGHTS. Thank you Miss.Lady manager you rock I’ll definitely be back

As opposed to some other restaurants I have seen in the city, this one was well-staffed. As soon as customers came in, someone was taking their order and the orders were packed right away. Managers were calling out for food to be prepared as soon as supplies looked low. One of the best run stores I have seen in quite a while.

We ordered online, showed up 20 minutes later and after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through we were told to come inside where it took another 15 minutes to get our food! (We would have gone inside earlier but you’re stuck in the drive through once you get in it)

i come here a lot, and the food is always good, I almost always get good service. I come through the drive through with my dad and step mom, first off, it took over 5 minutes just to take our order. Then when we paid and got our receipt we realized they got one of the sandwiches wrong. We fixed it with them at the window and they told us to pull forward. Then looking at the receipt more, they didn’t get any of our order right. We ordered cheese and extra mayo on our sandwiches. So my Step mom goes in and they again said they’d fix it. Finally after waiting 10 minutes or more, a guy comes out with our food and says he can’t put the cheese on because we didn’t pay for it. We explained to him the situation and he said he’d go get it. No one ever came back out.

I placed an order on the app and went through the drive through to pick it up. I had to pull around front and wait for 10 minutes or so because the tenders weren’t ready yet. They apologized and gave me an apple pie, which I appreciated. The tenders are okay, but not as good as the sandwich.

Was told to pull around it would be 5 minutes and it’s been 35 minutes and still no food!!!! Didn’t even put sauce in with our order. Mind you all while the manager was handing out flowers!!! Barely any chicken in the chicken nuggets it is mostly batter.

I placed order online and drive through pickup. When I pulled up to the window the food wasn’t ready and the lady calls herself GM asked me come inside to pickup even there was no car behind me. I told her I have newborn baby in my car that’s why I pickup at drive through. She asked me again come inside with my newborn sleeping. Instead of getting someone bring the food to my car like every another restaurants do, she again asked come inside to pickup my food. Very horrible customer service, poor management skill. This lady has no idea to manage and customer service .

I was in the mood for some sweet tea and this place was close. The lady at the counter was very kind and sweet! She made sure that the tea wasn’t too sweet for me. I did order a regular Cajun fries and to my disappointment when I got back to my car was that they were super cold and old tasting. They definitely should have been thrown out. But I was on my way home and didn’t want to go back. I am sure they are amazing fresh! But the place was clean and staff nice!

We usually go to this location when eating Popeyes. Never really had any issues. Staff may have forgotten honey or dipping sauce in the past, but nothing that would have ruined a meal. Tonight was a different story. When we arrived (around 6pm) to the drive-thru we were the only customers. We ordered our food (3 meals all chicken strips with sides) and were asked to pull around to the window. We pulled to the window, paid, and were given our drinks. We asked if we could get ranch, blackened ranch and honey with our food also. We were told yes, and asked if we could pull to the front into a parking stall and our food would be brought out to us when done. We waited about 10-15mins, before our food was brought out to us. We looked through our order before pulling off. Our order was missing a side (mashed potatoes no gravy) , ranch and honey. I went inside to get what we were missing. The staff was confused about what I needed. I even showed them what I had in the bag that they gave me and told them what I was missing. Finally one staff member told me they were out of mashed potatoes, but they could give me potatoes with gravy only (already had sides in containers). An customer came in with her order when I was leaving, she was complaining her chicken was not fully cooked and juices were oozing out of it. I kept walking and returning to my vehicle to go home. When arriving home and sitting down to eat the food was awful! The Red beans and rice wea burned, the chicken looked as if it could have been cooked longer, and the mashed potatoes (even with gravy) were very dry. The only good thing was the Biscuits with honey. This location used to be very good, but doesn’t look to be that way anymore.
