No quality check. I’ve ordered from them through door dash several times, and orders have been plagued with errors every time. Today I tried again. I ordered a flounder sandwich combo with NO pickles or tartar sauce. I received a SPICY flounder sandwich with two large pickles and tartar sauce on both sides of the fish. I have a pickle allergy and am also unable to eat overly spicy foods. My side item was missing as well. For me, this was their last chance to keep me as a customer.

I went back in to let them know my fish sandwich was cold. The lady that made it started yelling and saying how it’s the tartar sauce that makes it seem cold. Yelling that nothing was wrong with it and how she just made it. She was yelling so much and complaining. One of the workers mentioned that the lady yelling like a maniac was the GM. Which is so disappointing. I just got my money back instead. It’s unnecessary to yell like that over a sandwich. She could never work in a professional setting and get away with that type of behavior. I had to remember that this is the only job she’ll ever be able to have in life and get away with acting like that. Luckily the workers there were very nice and polite. Sadly they have to work under unprofessionalism and tacky behavior! I’m definitely calling corporate tomorrow.

I placed a mobile order to pick up via drive thru. They asked me to pull up b/c it was going to be 15min. So, 30 mins later I call & they are like its coming out now…the kid comes out with a tiny box so I knew it wasn’t my 10 piece family meal. I tell him that. He goes in, comes back out & asked if I had a receipt! I had to pull it up k my phone so he could take a picture then go in & make the order! The Large side of Mashed Potatoes wouldn’t even feed 3 people & my Breast was 65% skin & batter….they need to get it together!
